good service
We came in seen some cars seen what they could do for us and they got us in a car with low mileage. That was a plus. No complaints so far.

Great experience
Went to the Used Car Factory just to price shop after talking I decided to go ahead and get a vehicle. I got a 2005 Acura Mdx. The staff was very nice and I had a great experience .

Great Deal
I had a great experience and got a great deal from The Used Car Factory. I found exactly what I was looking for and the staff that helped me were great. These guys committed a miracle!
Being turned down by every other dealership, Steve, Cindy and Brian made this possible for us. We were driving in a very unsafe car, until they got us into a 2012 Sonata! Without them, I don't know what we would have done! They're the best! They went out of their way, to do whatever they had to do. Others in the dealership were funny, kind, compassionate and extremely helpful. I'll never buy another car from anywhere else! They're freaking awesome! I'm in love with my car and my experience!
