I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado in August 2020. I was looking for something very specific to tow a 23ft camper, hopefully a truck already equipped with a brake controller. Sure enough, they had just received such a truck, and Kat reached out to me to come see and to test drive. Kevin G was the salesman, and we went for a long test drive. I did notice that the rear right tail light plastic cover was cracked - Kevin said they would fix it immediately. It was replace by 10:00 a.m, the next morning when I came to purchase the truck. The whole process from test drive to purchase ran smoothly. I would recommend The Used Car Factory as one of the first stops you should make if you are looking for a used vehicle. The staff is friendly and respectful, and the facility is safe and clean. This is especially important to me because I do not feel safe going to a stranger's home to look at a used vehicle.

I bought a Ford Expedition from The Used Car Factory from their on line web site without seeing the car in person as I live about 1100 miles away from Mechanicsville, MD. I placed my trust in Kat, Nick and Chris and was not disappointed when the car arrived. Their site had numerous clear photos of the car and they even did a face time video with me of the entire car including the areas I specifically wanted to see. These people went out of their way to help me feel comfortable with the purchase and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
