This was my first time ever trying to sell a vechiel I no now longer needed. My husband decided to call around and and found The Use Car Factory so we call they took a looknat our vechiel and made us an fair offer. The process was so simple and quick, they cut us a check right on the spot and the staff team there was really nice. I can say I was very impressed, I will surely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their vechiel.

We purchased an $8k Hyundai, we noticed one tire was flat. We got all the "we'll take care of you" speeches etc. etc. The car was being purchased as a commuter car for the Mrs. Their resolution was to patch the tire. I explained, I don't send my loved ones out of the house 55 miles one way on patched tires. To this day been getting the run around, no call backs etc. (day 5) for a tire replacement. I finally went a bought one on my own, since the tire would only stay inflated for 2 days and the car has been sitting. I believe once you get to a certain price, you shouldn't have to run around repairing something you just purchased. 8k and can't get 4 good, reliable tires......No , not happy with them at all. As of Dec. 16, 2017 received a check for the tire purchase.

It was fun buying the car. No pressure from Johnny at all. That make every things easy. Office personnel as well made it very nice for us.

I saw the vehicle i was interested in on there website. I talked to Mr. Kevin Gentry and met with him the following day. We talked and had a lot in common. I drove the vehicle and it was exactly what i was looking for as it was on website. Mr Gentry and i sat down and worked out a deal. There was no pressure,no promises, nothing but what i was there for. The dealership paid off my lease owed on my other vehicle and gave me a better %rate than my credit union. Everyone i talked to even though not involved in the transaction were very nice and helpful.

I showed up to trade in my Harley. As a previous GM for Harley I know how the process goes. I gave them a reasonable dollar amount I wanted for my bike. I also told them exactly what’s I was looking for. I met with Kevin and we test drove a couple of SUV’s. I found the one I liked we made the deal and I was on my way. From the time I arrived until the time I pulled out with my new purchase was about 90 minutes. I have never experienced a more pleasant and expeditious car buying experience. These people are fair and straight forward. Treat them fair and they will treat you better. They have definitely earned my future business. THANK YOU!!!
