On February 29, 2024, we bought our 6th Honda Pilot from Altoona Honda. They once again made us an offer we couldn’t refuse but it doesn’t end there. On September 4, 2024, we had our Pilot in Chicago on vacation and my wife noticed a chunk of rubber missing from the right front tire. I texted a picture of the tire to Dave Ainsworth and asked him what he thought. He said he wouldn’t chance it since we were away. He also told me we had a complimentary 12 month, 12,000 mile Assurant Vehicle Care warranty on our new Pilot that covers road hazards. Dave sent me the number for Assurant claims. There was a Honda Dealer (Bosak Honda) 3 miles away. Long story short, we pulled into the Honda dealer without ann anppointment and within an hour, we were back on the road with a new tire and Zero (0) out of pocket expense. Dave even offered to cover the tire if the dealership wouldn’t honor the warranty. Now that’s what I call Customer Service when it matters most! Please consider Altoona Honda for all your vehicle purchases and service needs!

This is the 5th car we have bought from Altoona Honda. As always excellent sales and service. Rich did an excellent job helping with finance and getting my son into a payment he felt comforable with.

Very satisfactory service provided by Rick and Aaron.

Very satisfactory service provided by Rick and Aaron. Super friendly, and helpful. The only negative comment would be that the paperwork process took a very lengthy time. Overall a great experience.

great experience

2/24/23 stopped in for help with my 21 pilot and my pixel phone to share contact list .SAM the service advisor checked my phone and my21 pilot . explained everything in detail and got me connected properly .as usual SAM was very helpfull andprofessional .took his time and did an excellent job , thanks again Sam !! great work ethic John C Martinsburg pa

Over MSRP? Boo

Getting a quote on a new CRV lease - after several ignored emails, get a quote for over MSRP? I know it’s the trend, but beware this practice.

Awful experience buying used car.

I had high hopes coming here for a car. Our time here consisted of a condesending, disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, useless, disorganized, and clearly inexperienced salesman with horrendously awful people skills who was unable/unwilling to answer my car-related and car buying-related questions. As a customer, I have never been so stressed out and upset during a shopping experience and it was really all because of how my husband and I were treated/spoken to during the interactions. If my husband didnt like the car so much that night, I would have easily walked out because the salesman definitely did not deserve to make the sale for how he treated us. No one deserves to be treated the way we were or to feel the way we felt that night when a business is trying to sell you something. To get him to acutally answer a question that required more effort than a simple yes or no was like pulling teeth.. Clearly, he just wanted a commission and to get rid of us ASAP. I would never go back after the terrible experience with this salesman. I do not recommend this place at all unless you want to be stressed out and lashed at for shopping and asking questions. Honestly, for how many questions I had that he either could not answer or just told me it was "not important" I truly struggle to actually understand what his purpose was in this interaction aside from needlessly stressing us out. The experience with the finance manager on the second night was wonderful though. He had a clear understanding and efficent skills regarding how to appropriately interact with human beings. I really wish he was the one who was guiding us through the process. It may have actually been a really great experience if we had had him or someone like him throughout the entire experience. So...maybe the salesman just sucked and needs to learn how to appropriately interact with people.

He got me into a car right away without any wait. Had everything ready right after our phone call. Very Thankful for Rick and Altoona Honda

2020 Honda CR-V

China from Altoona Honda was wonderful. She was great to work with and she made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I got the exact color I wanted. I absolutely love my new 2020 Honda CR-V. China and the rest of the Altoona Honda staff were absolutely amazing with us and even my puppy dog Frankie. Altoona Honda has an excellent staff, especially China.
