We had our 2025 CX90 dashboard light up on I-90 and called the closest Mazda. Andy helped guide us from the highway to the dealership. (06/18/2026) It was recommended not to drive so we were provided with a loaner. We stayed at a hotel nearby and in the morning technician verified a failed battery. We were traveling to visit family and were amazed to be provided with a loaner ! The new battery arrived more quickly than expected and service was done. We easily arrived back at the dealership to return the loaner and pick up our repaired 2025 CX90. We drove back to NH the same day. We are grateful for the service provided by Classic Mazda of Mentor OH

This dealership is fairly good. However, the purchasing process needs to be sped up. In this world of digital transactions, there is no reason that a car purchase should take 2 hours. The paperwork should have all been ready when we got to the dealership. The sales person was nice and helpful, but we had already decided on the purchase and just need to complete the transaction efficiently.

Every time I go to the dealership I feel like I'm getting swindled. Needed a simple oil change and they managed to find $3,000 worth of 'repairs' needed for my car. Highly doubt I will be back.
