I brought my CX-9 for routine maintenance. The service tech did my inspection and made recommendations. I was advised I still have my warranty and certified preowned warranty available to cover the repairs. I was immediately placed into a loaner which everyone was helpful as I had my newborn with me. All parties I encountered kept me informed timely of the repair progress and estimated completion. Everyone was kind, professional and friendly. My repairs were completed and I noticed immediately the difference in the way my truck rides. Thank you classic Mazda -sincerely a long term customer

Excellent customer service throughout my experience, received a detailed video from Carmella walking through the main areas of inspection (tires, brakes, battery, struts/shocks, filters), waiting area was clean with comfortable seating, and service was completed in a timely manner with a car wash included in my visit.
