I’ve consistently had a great experience with Classic Mazda Service. The techs do excellent work and take good care of my vehicle every time I bring it in. Just as important, the service reps are always friendly, professional, and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that both the technical team and the customer service staff are committed to providing high-quality service. Highly recommend!

A very fine car purchasing experience! Salesman was superb, experienced and able to accommodate my unique quirks, requests and standards! Parts department staff was very informative and helpful to me. Contact with the Service Department will be at a future date but I am optimistic. Great Mazda dealership!

This is my third CX5 purchase from Phil Albert and the team at Classic Mentor Mazda. I can’t begin to list the reasons I repeatedly buy from them. We return to talk to Phil about this 4th mazda purchase in short because I like that Phil values and appreciates his customers. It’s evident in his professional yet honest, up front conversations. The willingness of managers to come to the table and talk is exceptional and rare in other dealers. I have enjoyed owning and driving a mazda but I was especially thrilled to put a red one back in my garage. Our house currently owns two- my daughter purchased a 26 cx50 from Phil just a month ago as her first car. We appreciate his dedication to helping families get what they are looking for at Classic Mazda. The entire dealership experience at Classic Mazda is exceptional. Shout out to Christian who is getting started and helped us out when Phil was tied up with another customer and Curtis in finance who was super professional and thorough with my daughter’s first car. Interactions matter and these guys go above and beyond.

they started a video message a couple of years ago that shows the mechanic going around your car and showing you not only the good parts of your car but also problems that might occur in the future and something to keep your eye on
