The work performed was fine. My issue was that no one came to the waiting room to explain to me what was wrong or why it was important or even what it would cost to repair . I observed other customers having discussions with employees about their service but not me

The whole process was seamless! I made an appointment to see a car that I found from carfax and they were available right away. Jeff took me on a test drive. The route included everything: highway, U-turn, hard braking, hard accelerating. Then we ran some numbers which didn’t take long at all and got the wheels going on making the purchase. From the appointment time to leaving with the car, it only took about three hours. They offered fruits, water, and coffee and were all very friendly.

Phil and Brandon were great to deal with process was quick and seamless. My son was extremely excited about his new car.

Mazda is awesome! I always have a great experience there. I love that they provide a video of the inspection and that my car actually tells me when it needs serviced
