I purchased a Mazda CX-50 Premium Plus from Classic

I purchased a Mazda CX-50 Premium Plus from Classic Mazda. The sales person, Tilden, handled the process very efficiently making this one of the easiest auto purchases ever. He was very though in explaining everything about the process and then explaining the various operations on the car. I would recommend Classic Mazda to others. I thank Evan McGovern, my grandson for getting me thinking about making this change. It was his experience with these cars that caused him to recommend it.

I have been to the Classic Mazda in Mentor several times

I have been to the Classic Mazda in Mentor several times shopping for used cars. They are always helpful and never pushy. We were in the market for a car for my Mom. She is short and older. We were having trouble finding anything comfortable. After a couple of test drives our sales person, James, suggested a car that was perfect. We weren't even considering the CX-30 because it wasn't a sedan. He could see what features we needed and asked if we would just try it. Sold! It was easy and fast. Thank You!

I am on my 4th Mazda lease. Classic Mazda in Mentor is the best place to lease or buy a car! The staff in sales and service are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. If you are in the market for a car, Classic Mazda is the place to go to.

Best experience I have ever had regarding the purchase of a car No gimmicks pitches pushiness went for one car it was ready for me to drive when I arrived and very quick process of getting eveything done. It was not longer than an hour start to finish. Answered all my questions

I just purchased a 2025 Mazda CX 30.

I just purchased a 2025 Mazda CX 30. I was referred to Phil Albert by a family member. He was extremely accommodating and patient with me as I test drove a few cars. He took the time to review all the bells and whistles and encouraged me to come back after a week or so after I had time to feel comfortable in the car. He gave me his personal cell phone number. Should I have any questions.

I worked with Phil Albert in 2019 & purchased 2019 CX3

I worked with Phil Albert in 2019 & purchased 2019 CX3 which I still own. So I returned to purchase my next new car. Phil answered all my questions & went thru the “bell’s & whistles” of my 2025 CX5 Carbon. I live in Lorain county but also set up service call for oil change for my 2019 CX3. I should add always been “Ford gal” until I purchased 2011 Mazda 2 which I still own. I would recommend Classic Mazda to anyone & it’s worth the drive. Linda
