Dealership itself is attractive, clean, full of customer conveniences especially the wait area. For some reason my salesperson is not listed below - Sarah Holland was excellent. She was able to answer all questions we had about the CX-30 during the test drive and offered lots of really good information. Sarah was also helpful reviewing the various financing options available - I was undecided whether to lease or buy, to choose the customer incentive vs the 3.99% financing option, how much to put as a down payment. She was patient and gave me prompt, reliable information so I could choose the best financing option for me. Sarah's attitude, friendliness, and not using high pressure tactics made me comfortable during the buying process. I haven't purchased a new car in 14 years and was dreading the new car buying process, but Sarah made it easy. At pick up time, Sarah spent a generous about of time explaining the various features of the car and helped set up my Apple Car Play and myMazda app. I had visited two other manufacturer's dealerships and Classic was for sure the best experience I had. I'm absolutely loving my Mazda! I'd never owned one before but I'm sold on your dealership and the brand.

Timely. Inspection video extremely helpful. Tried to reasonable priced aftermarket parts, however, not successful. The three wait not bad in comfortable waiting area.
