Don't bother buying a car with them
This dealer has no ethics and doesn't know the meaning of customer service. We booked an Ioniq5 with them few weeks ago we were told the car had minor cosmetic issues and the dealership would fix that in 1 or 2 days. We were sent the purchase contract and we got the loan approved and the bank sent them the loan amount. Now it's been 3 weeks they won't give us a date when the car will be fixed and ready. They lied to us saying it's a cosmetic issue and general manager won't own it. Very bad customer service. I am not sure how the general manager Rio Sarana got hired for his job.
