I was looking for my grandson's first car. Went to Massirio Enterprises and was completely satisfied. Mark did everything he could to make it a pleasant and easy experience. We had to wait to pick up the car because he was out putting gas in it for us. Both Mark and his dad were extremely nice to us and I felt like they would do anything to satisfy us. Great place and people to deal with.

Shopping for safe/good vehicle for my daughter, wanted a Volvo wagon and I found it here. The car was in beautiful condition and priced according to market value. Mark was very flexible and accommodating making time before and after hours (I live 45-55”away). The customer service was excellent and he was very efficient with paperwork and sale. I had gone to numerous used car lots but left feeling unsure of caliber of car conditions but not at Massirio’s. I would definitely recommend buying a car here. Ps , my daughter loves the car! We needed a car for our son in a short timeframe before he went back to college. Mark was very professional but also authentically kind throughout the process of searching, buying and receiving the used car. He was honest and straightforward while providing a good product at a very reasonable price. He was able to quickly deliver the car and made sure we were happy with our purchase.

Talked to several used car dealers in the area, Mark was the only one who sounded friendly and acted like he cared about my business. The others seemed like it was a bother to even be on the phone. The car was clean and ran smooth. If you want great customer service with competitive prices then go here, you won’t be disappointed.

I bought a 1997 ford f 250 truck 21000 plus miles not to expect it show room condition which is ok. They fixed what ever was found and stood by the maintenance after the truck was in my possession for a while. Treated me with respect and felt very comfortable dealing with mark and his dad.👍👍👍 Thanks Rich

I traveled from Maine to see a 2008 Chevrolet cargo van. Spoke with mark prior. He answered all my questions and was very honest. We showed up and the van was in the same condition he promised it would be in. No surprises and easy deal

I purchased a 2012 Audi A7 from Mark. The car had higher miles but was priced right. We had Hoffman Audi do a pre-inspection on the car. Everything checked out and the purchase went smoothly. Will definitely be back for service as well

Visited dealership 2 times regarding 2002 Chevy Avalanche. Was told left rear rocker panel replaced, used alternator replace, cluster instrument panel sent out for rebuild, all brake lines good, serpentine belt replaced, front guard placed on hood to distract from scratches / rust spot. Well Mark was very nice, Until asked what is the warranty on vehicle, there is none - sold "as is" due to age. Well being an intelligent shopper, had Mark bring car down the road to a professional garage and for $60 dollars of my own money had car inspected, power steering cooler removed from car, one brake line ready to fail close to radiator, E brake system major issue, needs shoes, backing plates - this is a safety issue - mandatory - there was a code 650 - could be instrument panel or computer, ac unit did not turn on - could be low on refrigerant or not - everything to be repaired was $1,300 less AC repair if it was just a charging issue. I offered dealer price less $1,300 and for dealer to re check instrument panel where it was sent out - dealer send he could get $7,000 at the auction for the car. It was the best $60 dollars I have ever spent - buyer be ware - if something sounds so good, there is a reason. DO YOUR HOMEWORK I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THE DEALER WOULD HAVE WANTED TO SELL A SAFE VEHICLE VERSUS MAKING A COUPLE OF HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE - THERE ARE PLENTY OF USED CAR DEALERS THAT WOULD NOT ALLOW A CAR LIKE THIS TO BE SOLD TO A CONSUMER. I HOPE THE STATE OF INSPECTIONS READS THIS REVIEW

Hello Phil, This is a 17 year old vehicle and no it does not come with a warranty. No used vehicle in CT is going to give you a warranty on any vehicle over the age of 7 years. We obviously were not trying to hide anything from you seeing as we agreed to allow you to have the vehicle inspected at the mechanic of your choice. Im sorry I could not accept your $7k offer for a vehicle we have listed for $9k. The minor safetly issues that were found have been addressed already. It certainly did not cost us $1300 to do either.. I was actually planning to contact you tomorrow am to see if you were still interested. I'm not sure what I did to you to deserve this review besides refuse your offer. Best of luck

I bought a truck online and had it shipped to Cincinnati. Mark was great to work with. He was a huge help with the shipping and worked with my bank to get everything done quickly.
