an hour ago New I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Before the sale, they assured me the car had gone through a full inspection and maintenance service, something they charged $2,499 for. This fee was supposed to cover new or serviced tires, brakes, fluids, and other major maintenance items. However, when I got home, I immediately noticed the tires had severe dry rot — something that would have been obvious to anyone performing even a basic inspection. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership expecting them to take responsibility, but I was told “the owner doesn’t care and isn’t going to pay for new tires.” This dealership completely misrepresented the condition of the vehicle and refused to honor the very maintenance they charged thousands of dollars for. Their lack of accountability and customer care is alarming. If you’re considering buying here, do yourself a favor and stay far away. There are plenty of honest dealerships that stand behind what they sell, unfortunately, this one clearly does not.

The van was missing trim on the exterior.
The van was missing trim on the exterior. The stowaway seat in the back row would not go back after being put down. The carpet was pulled up and could not be put back, as well as some trim that flew off when one seat was stowed away, lol. Robert was adamant that this could all be redone, fixed, or replaced. I was polite and said ok, send me your out-the-door price and I gave him my email. Three to four hours of my time were wasted. No price was ever sent. I probably would not have bought the van, but my point is, DON'T waste your time there!

I purchased a commercial vehicle from this dealership in March with the intention of having it on the road to generate income. Unfortunately, the vehicle has been in their shop for over five months—longer than I have even had it in my possession. During this time, I have received little to no updates despite calling regularly. As a result, I have lost significant time and money because the truck has not been available for work. The owner has not taken responsibility for resolving these issues, and the lack of communication and accountability has made the situation worse. Based on my experience, the vehicles being sold appear to be used, heavily worn, and unreliable. I cannot recommend this dealership, as my experience has been extremely negative both financially and professionally.

Definitely wouldn't recommend this dealership.
Definitely wouldn't recommend this dealership. Purchased a vehicle with lots of issues and refuse to do any of the repairs. I understand it's a used vehicle anyone with any commonsense would know to either inspect and make buyer aware or repair and then sell.

THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH! I found a car on CarGuru's on March10th, 2025 and contacted the seller, made an appointment and test drove the car. Check engine light was on and windshield was cracked. Saleslady said it would be fixed. The $33,681 price as advertised was increased by $4,300 to $37,981 for dealer prep, deferred maintenance and repairs?! THE "WE OWE" AGREEMENT!? Waited for weeks to take delivery on March 25, 2025 only to find out that the OEM windshield that was promised was not available.I waited for over 3 weeks and finally I reluctantly agreed with Matt the owner and Finis the Finance Dept manager to their "WE OWE" agreement so I could take delivery. I simply made one call to Auto Glass Discount Center and the windshield was replaced in my driveway on April 17, 2025. To this date I have not been reimbursed $822.43 for the windshield replacement. PARTS AND SERVICE DEPT FAILED AND ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. OWNER AND MANAGEMENT ARE FRAUDS!! TAX, TITLE, REGISTRATION! Car was purchased on March 25, 2025. Finally after 4 temporary tag renewals and having waited for over 4 months I have received the license plate and registration on August 3, 2025. OFFICE STAFF HAS ALSO FAILED AND IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! I love my 2019 Cadillac Escalade ESV, an excellent and well built product. However, I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with Excellence Auto Direct. BEWARE OF THEIR SALES SCHEMES, INCOMPETENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT, FAILED ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF AND ESPECIALLY THE FRAUDULENT AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES OF THE OWNER AND UPPER MANAGEMENT.
