James helped us and was extremely knowledgeable. He took us through the Ins and outs of every feature of the Tiguan we were looking at. We explained we were shopping around and there was no pressure to buy. We went to a few other dealerships and didn't get half of the customer service we received at Omeara. We went back and bought our Tiguan. 10/10 recommend!

When I went into merely look for vehicles James was great at finding me what I wasn’t looking for. However, that’s where it ended. James told me that a couple is lesbians owned the car thus upkeep was immaculate. Low and behold since I drive for lift, I actually picked up the previous owner during a fare. A guy named Adam who works for sunset limousines. James lied. Why, I’m not sure. So the day I bought the vehicle when I got it home I noticed a tear in the driver seat. Messaged James which wasn’t easy to get a hold of him. When I did he said it would be the following week that he could provide me with the name of the in-house vendor who repaired upholstery. Subsequent text and emails rendered James speechless. I took the car in for routine oil change hence the visit to the service dept. James was there and looked like a deer in the headlights when I approached him about his lack of response to the upholstery issue. The guy was actually in house and I got his card. No apologies or words of any xxxxing sort from James. Would not buy another car from him again. Adam referee me to do business with Steph! I will use her again. Not looking to get James fired but I do think he needs after sale etiquette stat!
