Highly recommend Criswell Thurmont. Couldn’t be happier how simple and fast the process was when we bought our new vehicle. Clay was great to deal with. My wife didn’t even have to some in and sign any papers, she did it all from home. I will definitely be buying another vehicle from Criswell Thurmont.

This company is the shadiest company I have ever bought a truck from!!! They Added an extra point on the interest last minute from 3.99 % to 4.99 % and also added gap insurance we put 24,000 down no need for gap insurance, Tire warranty we didn't ask for. Extended warranty! Why would I needed an extended warranty when we bought a diesel. 5 Year 100,000 Mile drivetrain. I guess the owner spends to much time in Florida on his yacht to pay attention to his business. SO NOT HAPPY !!! BUYER BEWARE, ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO!
