I helped a friend buy a car here Thursday listed at $6995, out the door about $9240 after registration and dealer fees... LESS THAN 24 hours later the check engine light came on with trouble codes for catalytic converter and the transmission. IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS!! The car will not even MOVE anymore. She called Asay Auto and they told her to wait until Monday to bring it back. Be very careful, get a third party mechanic to inspect a vehicle before buying. If you experience something similar or other shady business practices from a dealer, PLEASE report it to Utah Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division, Utah Division of Consumer Protection, the Federal Trade Commission, and, depending on what happens, the police department. I will update this review depending on how she is treated on Monday; these issues occurred less than 24 hours after purchasing from here. It makes me wonder if they just cleared the codes to sell the vehicle--SOMEONE knew this was going on.

Really unprofessional and shady. I came in (because the dealer pushed HARD for it) to get a number on my trade, and buy a tesla. After 1.5 hours in the showroom, the sales manager grabbed the deal sheet and told me "we might call you in the future", because I told him I don't understand how the price is broken down. They included the used ev tax credit on a vehicle price, as well as a 3k trade credit, except when I brought the trade in the told me it won't affect the price of the vehicle. On the worksheet was an included "add-ons" field, which included a $1,322 shop bill - there is no shop bill which is passed onto the customer, it is part of the cost of the vehicle and the customer should NOT be required to pay it. Very deceptive and intimidating approach to the sales process.

I bought a car from these guys less than a year ago the car is now worth $10,000 and I have $11,000 in repairs on it. When trying to reach out to them I was just ignored. They have a f with the Better Business Bureau, that's for her good reason. They sold me a lemon and they were 100% aware of the issues this car had when they sold it to me and they lied to me. They are dishonest, they do not care about their customer, they just want your money. Do not buy a car from here, you will regret it just like I do

They were aware of these problems when they sold me the car, they were dishonest deceitful and they knew what they were selling me when they sold it to me. When I tried to contact them I was just ignored. Do not buy a car from here they are dishonest salesman 100% And they sold me a lemon that I can no longer Drive and I haven't even had it a year and they do not care

RUN!!!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS A SCAMMERS PARADISE! Worst experience and left with nothing but a huge hit to our credit! Do yourself a huge favor and look at all of the horrid reviews and RUN!

They are advertising low electric car prices then noted it's "after gov't credit". That is dishonest, there is no way to turn it off, so I'm stuck sorting through all their ads with made up prices.

Well, it took a few days for them to get back to me on a running video of the car. I did leave them an offer for the car, but I didn’t have no response. I’m still interested in the car. I like the car, but I’m having trouble getting financed, I don’t have nothing to put down so it’s a big issue and I asked some questions about the car. I never did get any answers on the car so I left a big spot, maybe I had to put down I get some things person need to put down a lot of money on a car just to get answers. They don’t have information on it but I’m still interested in the car and I like the car just trying to finance OK thank you very much. Appreciate it .

I bought a car from them and it started burning oil at a insane rate, they knew about the problem and didn't tell me and let me buy it. It needs a major work done on it to fix it, that costs almost as much as the car. They are dishonest
