I had wonderful experience at Naples Mazda! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and very nice helpful. I honestly didn't think I would be able to get into a NEW BRAND CAR because of my credit and because I didn't have money to put down, but they worked with me and made it happened. What meant the MOST to me was that they KEPT THEIR WORD and treated me with respect throughout the whole process. They took the time to help me and never made me feel judged because of my situation. I walked in unsure if i would leave with a car, and I drove away extremely happy and grateful. Thank you to everyone at Naples Mazda for making this experience so positive. I truly appreciate everything you did for me and would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for vehicle!

Ben was very responsive and knowledgeable and helpful. The Mazda dealership was better than I expected, great follow up, everyone was friendly, all done with no pressure at all. They even shipped the car to me in Texas!!!

Great experience working with Anthony, Loo and everyone at Naples Mazda. The entire process went smoothly especially since I am an out of town buyer - Anthony even took my husband, daughter & I to Dunkin when we came in! Bought a 38k-mile vehicle here. Severe engine misfire started on the drive home day one. Dealership service department misdiagnosed it twice. Scheduled two separate, confirmed face-to-face appointments with the General Manager, drove an hour from Fort Myers each time, and the GM completely ducked the meetings and hid. Avoid Naples Mazda at all costs, filing state dealer licensing complaints next.
