We had a great experience. Payton did an outstanding job finding us a great car on the first day we started looking! He listened to our needs and was not pushy while also being persistent in finding a car that we needed.

Frustrated because I set up an appt @ a week previous and upon arrival was told the wait would be @ 3 hours. I’ve never had an appt at any other dealers of multiple brands over the years that allowed walk-ins to bump me to the end of the line because they got there first. Why are there appointments if they have Zero meaning? Customer reps were apologetic but I still had to go home and come back in the afternoon which was not convenient as my husband had made plans to use the car Service was fine but the process was terrible
