Aneil was my service technician addressing my concerns
Aneil was my service technician addressing my concerns the last time I was there. I had run over a nail and needed roadside assistance and then a tire replacement. I do have the tire warranty package through my lease. Unfortunately shortly after obtaining my lease they changed warranty companies, my warranty was still valid but the hoops needed to jump through were extra. And that's an understatement. Unfortunately it did take a total of 5 hours start to finish to replace my tire. That said, Aneil was very friendly, helpful and was communicative the entire time. Luckily the sales lounge is comfortable enough. Although I DESPISE when the sales vultures come over pushing and pushing.
