Aneil was my service technician addressing my concerns

Aneil was my service technician addressing my concerns the last time I was there. I had run over a nail and needed roadside assistance and then a tire replacement. I do have the tire warranty package through my lease. Unfortunately shortly after obtaining my lease they changed warranty companies, my warranty was still valid but the hoops needed to jump through were extra. And that's an understatement. Unfortunately it did take a total of 5 hours start to finish to replace my tire. That said, Aneil was very friendly, helpful and was communicative the entire time. Luckily the sales lounge is comfortable enough. Although I DESPISE when the sales vultures come over pushing and pushing.

I ordered an oil change for 39.

I ordered an oil change for 39.95 with a coupon. Tax on 39.95 is 2.40 My bill was near 60.00 and above the amount authorized before the service. You should honor your advertisement; please explain.

I had a dying battery and I was able to schedule an

I had a dying battery and I was able to schedule an appointment with ease online. I was worried that the dealer wasn’t going to honor the fact that the car was still under warranty and I would have to argue with them, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was told there would be no charge. I was happy that the dealer was honest and they were quick and communicative, and courteous.
