Service personnel were intent on insuring my needs were met. Mazda corporate parts had a problem and the dealership staff dealt with it and went above and beyond.

Efficient and easy process My advisor was very knowledgeable and made the process very quick! The mechanic did a great job explaining what he recommended for the next steps for my car and did a great job outlining what they worked on during my service

This is going to be long but important info for prospective buyers. Do not use this dealership. Here is my experience: I bought a used BMW from them April, 20026. My sales rep was Payton. He's super nice but come to find out he knew absolutely nothing about BMW's. I ended up finding this out about a month after I bought the car when I was trying to change the car settings and realized I was not able to access several settings bc I didn't have two keys. I was told that I only had one key but I was NEVER told that I would be unable to access settings without both keys. So I went to BMW to see about getting a second key and found it is $750. I went back to Mazda and spoke to Payton and the floor manager, Steve. At first both of them told me that they could "not be responsible to know everything about every car they sell" so it wasn't their fault and too bad. Then Steve called me back and said that the general manager said he would pay for my key. I bought the key and submitted my receipt and received a check for $319 LESS THAN HALF what they promised. I contacted Steve twice on text, can see he read the texts, and has yet to respond. My other issue with this dealership is with Brendan in the finance dept. I paid $145 for registration of the car. After two temp plates expired, I was told by Brendan that I had to go to DMV and do it myself. I then had to pay $90 at DMV, which included $50 fine for late registration. Steve told me that this would also be reimbursed to me too, which it wasn't. I'm so fed up with this dealership, I hope you take this into careful consideration before doing any business with them

2 hours and 40 minutes for a simple oil change need I say more? Absolutely horrible service should not have to wait 2 hours and 40 minutes for an oil change no reason that it should take that long do not care if they were short-staffed if they were short-staffed then they never should have booked the appointment

Lexi was great; kept in constant contact with me, went over repairs needed and the cost. Very pleasant, helpful and professional. Did not like the Alexa that answered my original call to the dealership. Please get a real person to answer the phone.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience buying two CX-5s from the Naples Mazda dealership. We now have three, all bought from there. That should tell you something. Brayan Exposito and Phil Falzarano worked wonders for us. Thank you.

From being greeted by Steve B, the floor manager, to him introducing me to my salesman Giancarlo it was a pleasurable experience to work with Naples Mazda! As someone who has purchased countless automobiles both new and pre owned, I can highly recommend working with these guys and this dealership!
