Overall, this is the seventh Mercedes-Benz we've purchased over the course of three decades. This was our second purchase with Dennis Epps as the salesperson, and our third purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills since 2021. Dennis, Mahaman Kolo (Finance), and Courtney Devilbiss (Product Specialist) all did an excellent job of representing not only the dealership but the Mercedes-Benz brand. I came to the dealership having researched and tracked a particular model for over four-months. Dennis' extensive knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product line was extremely beneficial in addressing my questions when comparing one model versus another. Given the existing inventory, he was instrumental in helping me decide on the final product best suited for me. Mahaman was extremely helpful throughout the financing process and provided the level of assurance I was seeking to know I was within my budget and protected against any major concerns involving the car. Courtney was the closing act and capped off the engagement with an unexpected orientation of the vehicle. Today's vehicles are computers on wheels, and Courtney took the time to explain all the features, help me through the customizable settings, and let me know they would remain available with any further questions. Mr.Bourne was very informative about the car that I choose. He gave me his undivided attention in every aspect of purchasing this car. He gave an extensive editorial on the safety features which I appreciated very much. I didn’t learn to drive until a later age . This will be my third car that I have purchased from him. The whole conversation was be just like talking about a car with family members, and she’s always a good listener and care about your needs and gives you very good advice based on her knowledge and experience.
