Salesperson Elizabeth Gambino and Manager George Gambino

Both Ms.Polanco and Mr. Gambino showed professionalism and courtesy.In addition,both showed a depth of knowledge regarding Honda products and sales promotions.I would not hesitate to recommend both of these sales professionals.

Very courteous

Elizabeth and John made this process very simple and stress free. I call them up tell them what I want and just come in to pick up a new car. This is my 4th vehicle that we have leased from bay ridge Honda and more vehicles to come.

Great Experience

Mark was great! Patient, knowledgable, didn't waste our time with information we didn't need. We were planning to shop around for cars but Mark made it easy for us, we knew that car is what we were looking for. Process was easy, pleasant, and stress free. This place makes you feel comfortable. It's has been a pleasant experience. I was referred to Elizabeth from a very good friend. My last car I went to a leasing company and finally I found someone trustworthy to deal with. Will be coming back to this dealership again and dealing with Elizabeth .

Staringt to the point!

We knew exactly what we were looking for and Sean and Miguel wasted no time in making sure they had what we were looking for, they explained our options thoroughly and pleasantly. We did have to return the next day for the car but that was because of a few extras we had requested, even on the second day the strong customer service was consistent.

Outstanding

I have not had a new car for the past 10 years. Came in to the dealership on Sunday with my family. I new what I wanted and got more than I expected. I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone that needs a new vehicle. She explained everything to the t. Was knowledgeable and most pleasant to deal with.
