Good and SLOW service

I am happy with my purchase, and especially with the attention Jamie Fernandez gave us when we arrived and selected a car. Once the car was selected, we were launched into a 4-hour labyrinthine wait involving paperwork, insurance, registration, and finance. This process was tiresome and wasted my entire day. I became less and less excited about my new car with every passing hour. The hold ups were probably because it was New Year's Eve and that it was also a Saturday. Next time, I'll try to purchase a car during the week.

An Unique Postive Experience for Purchase of an Automobile

Gram is an outstanding, conscientious Honda sales associate who displays exceptional professionalism. He patiently test-drive with me and explains the essential features of the 2016 Accord EX that I would like to get as it's a cool, novel car that comes with sophisticated Honda Sensing. He's also well-experienced in detailing the maintenance needs of Accord. He actually is a trustworthy associate who helped me from "window shopping" to eventual purchase because I have confidence in him providing the extra-care after the purchase and advice he renders. Thus, I definitely recommend my friend(s) to Gram if they're planning to buy the automobiles because he's a responsible, decent person. Not to mention to buy another new Honda Civic hatchback tutbo later when my son goes to college.

Great experience at Bayridge Honda... Extremely helpful!

I truly had a great experience at Bayridge Honda. I walked in with the bare minimum knowledge about obtaining a car and, walked out feeling very comfortable with my purchase. Elizabeth made sure to explain in detail what I would be driving off with. She answered all of my questions and put all my concerns to rest. I'll definitely recommend my friend(s) to Elizabeth, because she really makes you feel comfortable, informed and thrilled with your decison. Thank you Elizabeth for your hospitality!

Maintenance work.

Met with Mr. Andrew Fuentes to discuss maintenance. I told him I had problems with the front seat, the maintenance light and there were some minor scaping. He took care of the problem within a reasonable time.

Had a great experience with Jamie and Bay Ridge Honda!

Hidden & illegal fees

After searching for many cars for my new lease I decided on the 2017 Honda Accord. EX-L. Jamie helped me a lot in the beginning and I got a great monthly price. But when it came down to signing the paper work he wasn't as nice or helpful & made us wait over 2 hours even though we had an appointment with him. When it came to signing the paper work he throws in all ridiculous fees some which are illegally over charges (bank fee and document fee are set fees & cannot be charged more). He "lowered" the fees back to what they should have been but then increased the lease from 36 to 39 months with permission of his manager Adrian. I still placed a deposit even though I shouldn't have. I went back the next day & spoke to Jamie who seemed to not care, a manager along with the General Manager and got my deposit back with no issue. I will never consider this car dealership again.

Hassle free car buying

I went to Bay Ridge Honda to upgrade my civic. My sales person, Sean Park was great. He gave us a good deal on the car without any pressure. Answered all of our questions and got everything taken care of without any stress or hassle. Even took care of ordering a replacement title for the car I was turning in. Couldn't be happier with the experience and the new car.

Frank is great

My wife and I just moved to US and were looking for a 7-sear SUV. We were lucky to have Frank through Costco Auto program who is really nice and warmhearted in handling every details during the whole purchase. He shared a lot of useful driving as well as maintenance tips. Both my wife and I are very satisfied with him and the deal as well. We will definitely recommend him to our friends who are looking for purchasing Honda cars.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I purchased my first vehicle from Bayridge Honda. Harry (manager) is the one i first met and he was very helpful and he guide me through all entire process. The experience was great. Sean was my sales person. He was very knowledgeable and went over all the options and i fall in love with Honda Crv EX. The signing part went very smooths and CJ made sure i get all the proper documentation with me and advised me about when i should receive my plates keeping in mind that i live in PA. Despite the fact that i have bad credit, they made me feel very comfortable and they approve me in the car that i dreamt for. Thank you guys and Happy Holidays!
