Tried to contact this dealer twice and never received a response from them. They had a car I was very interested in. Maybe it sold or maybe they are click and bait but I am not satisfied with them.

We recently visited Action Automotive Utah with the intention of purchasing a 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid. Our experience started off great, thanks to our salesman Trey, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. There was no pressure, and Trey did a fantastic job throughout the process. However, our experience took a drastic turn for the worse when we dealt with the Finance Manager. As soon as we mentioned wanting a lower price, his demeanor changed completely. He became obstinate and dismissive. He claimed there was no wiggle room on the price because they only make $500 on the car by selling it. When we asked to see the invoice, he flat out refused, stating it was irrelevant and none of our business how much profit they made on the car. He also insisted that they were already selling the car for a thousand dollars below the clean value. When I pointed out that the car had been in an accident and had structural damage, his response was shockingly rude—he told us to go buy one somewhere else. His tone was angry and mean, and I have never been treated so poorly as a customer anywhere. We were ready to buy the car that day, but after such an unpleasant encounter, we decided to take our business elsewhere. It's disappointing that one person's unprofessional behavior can overshadow the excellent service provided by Trey. We will not be returning to Action Automotive Utah and do not recommend it to others based on this experience.

These are the most dishonest people out there.

These are the most dishonest people out there. Sold us a car and didn’t give us a CarFax, they used something that looked like it. We’ve had nothing but trouble since we brought home the car, we’ve had to sink over $6k in repairs to it in a year. We just tried to sell it and were told there was major structural damage to it in an accident that wasn’t on the report they showed us. If I could afford to sue them and would. How do you live with yourself when you cheat people out of their hard-earned money?

This dealer claims to only sell high quality cars that pass some 3P inspection but it’s simply not true. They will hide defects and negotiations are dishonest at best. There are millions of better options out there - avoid this group at all cost.

We bought a car last week at their Orem location after

We bought a car last week at their Orem location after doing a lot of online research and shopping for months before. The whole experience was great and the opposite of the usual car buying experience. Their prices are the better than any of the competitors, the salesmen and finance people don’t play games, and I love that they do the Carkeeta vehicle inspection program. Yafeth was our saleman and he was kind and courteous throughout the whole process. I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Don't purchase a car from them unless you have days to

Don't purchase a car from them unless you have days to get everything done. Seems very unorganized. After signing papers for the car, find out it was sent to their other lot. Sat there for 2 hours waiting to get a car i just bought. Can't say i would buy another car there. My time is valuable and i wasted alot of time and gas going back and forth and waiting for answers.

Great price and very nice car. They held my car for a month with a deposit while my car got fixed.
