I have an electric car but wanted a car for long road trips. The salesman, Brad Petersen, was great. I told him what I was looking for and he called me immediately when a great deal came open. He made the purchasing process smooth. I love the car and got a great deal!

John O was awesome!
Spent all day car shipping up north only to get docked around at the end. Called John at Nissan Edmonds an hour before closing and asked if they could stay open late to help us. Drove down and the car I wanted was waiting up front for me. We took it for a quick test drive and I was in love. The finance department worked quickly with my pre approval documents (that had me as both cosigner and power of attorney to sign for my husband) bada bing bada boom, I'm driving out with exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay! Couldn't reccomend them any more highly!

Great car shopping experience!

Smooth shopping experience
Walked in to look at used Leaf. The salesperon -Brad- was courteous and patiently answered all questions. There were no pressure tactics and we got the deal we wanted. Even financing was great experience, and car was ready and fully charged when we finished signing. Will definitely go there again in future for next car purchase.

Christmas
Although I've been fortunate to have been off the car market for over 15 yrs, that also comes with the disadvantage of not having kept up with car trends and news. This new chapter of searching for a new car was a situation of need, which lent yet another layer of stress and anxiety to the situation. I had researched, test drove, and had Subaru Impreza's in my basket of serious consideration. Last Saturday, Christmas Eve-Eve, I had to have my daughters Jetta towed to Campbell Nelson VW due to a failed alternator. The team in the service dept went to great lengths to evaluate and complete all necessary repairs that same day. In the mean time I had the opportunity to spend some time chatting with Roy at the Nissan showroom, and then taking a walk through the lot as Roy asked very detailed questions to better understand my situation. Roy completely understood the characteristics and criteria I was looking for in a new vehicle. He took the time to learn what it was about my former car that I kept it for so long. He then took all of that information to better locate a match for me. Roy had me test drive a 2015 Jetta TDI SE. This type of car was not even on my radar for consideration - but it certainly met my main criteria in terms of functionality and manageability, anticipated life span and durability but it also had low mileage, single owner history, and a number of niceties and accoutrements at a price that was at the lower end of my budget. I was very interested in the Jetta, but the Impreza was still on my radar. Roy encouraged me to further explore the option of the Impreza to be sure my decision of either car was solid. It wasn't about sealing a deal and adding to corporate numbers, it was about what was best for the customer. In the end, for a number of reasons, I chose the Jetta. The closing process was not nearly as long and complicated as I remember 15 yrs ago. They did not pressure me into buying tons of add-on's, but rather, they presented me with a few options which might meet my needs, and then clearly provided the xxxxxxand con's of each option so I could make the best decision for my situation. Roy, Ron, and the rest of the team were so patient in addressing all of my concerns and questions throughout the process. Since then I've returned to the dealership to have a scuff mark on a bumper cleared up and some other small housekeeping items checked off. Each time I've contacted Campbell Nelson or stopped by they go above and beyond to support and assist me.
