Easiest, fastest car buying experience ever!

Johnnie Lamm was our salesperson. Sheesh, what a relief it was to buy our car from him. There was zero pressure, and nothing but help as we painstakingy pored over the extensive selection they had available. Once we made our decision, we were done with everything so quickly. It was such a pleasant experience, I wish we could buy a new car every year!

Correction of name

This is to correct the name of the very helpful finance person at Campbell Nelson Nissan. His name is Ron Krumm NOT Ron ?Kringle?! In the world of autocorrect, this can drive you nuts! Thanks, Carrie Connolly

Great Experience

For three weeks I was looking for a vechicle to replace my 14 yr old Passat (sitting dead at dealership..we hold onto cars for awhile!). I did my research, knew I wanted a few things out of my new purchase, including a comfortable driver?s seat and under 50K miles. I have been in sales for 36 years. I appreciate someone that listens and is not high pressure. If I found the right car and it was in my price range, I was ready to buy. I?ve done business (as well as my husband) with Campbell Nelson VW and Nissan in Edmonds for a decade. They have great people, both in sales, service and management. I met Roy Zimal two days ago. He had a very comfortable dimeaner and was patient thruout our meeting. I had seen a Lexus Sedan that had just arrived on trade in. Never had this level of car in my sites-couldn?t afford it! But, it was 6 years old, low mileage (beautiful inside and out) and, after driving newer Passats, Honda?s, Subaru?s and Camrys, this was, by far, the most luxurious. And, they worked with me on price. I was realistic and needed to up my budget a bit. Fast forward to today..a smooth ride in awful traffic. Who cares when you?re in a Lexus! I, also, want to thank the finance manager, Ron Kringle, who was professional and very helpful. Thank you, all, for making this painless!

Fantastic Service and Staff

These guys are great! Johnnie Lamm bent over backwards to help me and my better half get our used Prius. They really care about making it a fun and positive experience. Have already told others about it, and would buy another used vehicle from them without question. Really happy we went with Campbell Nissan of Edmonds!

Great People, Great Experience

I had been looking for a particular model used, so when I saw it available on the website decided to try a test drive. Johnnie L took absolute amazing care to show me the car, talk about features, and go for a test drive. No pressure, just a conversation. Went over all my options, made the process easy. Willing to work with me to get the car that day. I normally take a day to really decide, but the car was perfect and the customer service was spot on. Like the community involvement of Campbell's too. It was a bit busy of a day at the end of the month, so while paperwork took a little longer than normal for my turn, they made sure I was Comfortable and kept me informed of the progress. Ron was excellent helping me finish the paperwork. Will definitely consider buying here again.

Positive car buying experience

Bought a used Nissan Frontier. I found the people at this dealership to be very easy to work with, especially Jesse Janssen the sales representative. I would buy from them again.

Johnnie was excellent! We went in to see a particular Leaf. He is super knowledgeable! Explained everything really well. We love our new car and would highly recommend Johnnie to anyone buying a used car, especially the Leaf.

The coach, who was in it to win it!

Johnnie Lamm "coach" was the salesmen we were so lucky to work with. We started off with a phone call into the dealership stranded in Washington because our car was being worked on. He made it possible for us to take the car we wanted off of the lot and to enjoy the rest of our vacation while the car we traded in was at another dealer being worked on. He went above and beyond to accommodate us, even his manager was very helpful! The financial part was quick, easy, and he was also friendly (forgot his name) all in all this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you again!
