Against my better judgment after calling several times and not getting a callback, I was misinformed AGAIN by the dealership that I had to come in to do my lease buy out. I had already organized funding through BECU, but was told that the dealership would provide me with the odometer statement, so this time I got my husband to call and surprise! they actually called him back. So we went in, I told Ram, the third finance manager that we had tried to contact, that we had organized finance and just needed the odometer statement. This is when he doesn't want to help unless he does the finance. I explain what BECU have offered us the fees etc. and he makes it seem like he's not charging any more than what BECU and the State of WA should do, I bring up the fact that this is $500 more than what we had to borrow from BECU and he explains it away as registration and title fees. Of which some will be refundable, we just paid our registration btw , he omits that he is charging us a $150 documentary service fee, which is fully negotiable. Meaning he does NOT need to charge us this. I had previously reviewed the dealership on Yelp and had a call from their Customer Service Manager, Jon Hall, I returned his call but he didn't have voicemail set up, so I left my details with the receptionist after the third attempt by her to put me through. And you guessed it, he didn't call me back! I hate that this is my local dealer and that I gave them more of my hard-earned money. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from here. I feel sorry for the family business that it is filled with such poor team member who are representing their family legacy and name. I will never buy from here, nor service my vehicle here again and I will be telling all my friends not to go to Campbell Auto Group

Great car, great buying experience
We have been interested in the Nissan Leaf for several years now. We had planned on buying one new when they first came out but decided to wait for a while to see how the battery held up. We discovered that Campbell Nelson Nissan had several certified preowned vehicles on the lot so we decided to come down there a few weeks ago. The buying experience was about as good as it gets. First we were greeted and helped by Johnnie Lamm. He was very friendly and very easy to work with. We decided to buy a car that we had test drove down there with him and even working with the financial department was easy. The whole entire process only took a few hours from start to finish. We love the Leaf and now we almost argue over who's going to drive it. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. So appreciated that this dealership also donated five homes to needy people for every car that was purchased from them. We like that they give back to the community. Highly recommend Johnnie and Campbell Nelson Nissan.
