came to the dealership last month looking for a new car. I was helped by Rudy, who is an incredible salesman. He is very kind and knowledgeable. He assisted me with everything I needed, answered all my questions and helped make the entire process smooth and easy. I couldn’t be happier with my new car. I highly recommend!

I was really impressed with my experience and the level

I was really impressed with my experience and the level of customer service from Elvi. I’ve been shopping multiple locations for a CPO CX5 and her responsiveness to my inquiry was far above other dealerships. Even knowing I’m in Northern California, she still treated me like a local customer.

I had the easiest time purchasing my Mazda.

I had the easiest time purchasing my Mazda. I'm new to the brand, after many years elsewhere, and was so happy with the whole process. Sal was fast, knowledgeable about the car and I was in and out quickly. 10/10

I was looking to get a new car for my mom and the team of Julio Gonzalez and Elvi Lechuga made the experience for my mom and I wonderful! They even helped my mom’s vision of what color she wanted her car to be come to life! They made it wonderful to get a car and helped keeping us informed every step of the way!

Highly recommend both Galpin and Salvador.

Highly recommend both Galpin and Salvador. A very painless experience. Sal was patient with me. Easy to talk to and listened to my needs. We test drove several cars until we were able to get to the car I wanted and the price I can afford. I started with other Mazda dealers but Galpin truly has the largest inventory in the entire greater LA area.

I had exceptional service from Eric and Majeed.

I had exceptional service from Eric and Majeed. Eric explained all the features very well and programmed all the Mazda Connect functions. All in all it was a very satisfying buying experience from the entire team.

I had an absolutely excellent experience working with Pilar. From start to finish, she was patient, transparent, and incredibly responsive to all of my questions for over a week! Buying a car can feel overwhelming, but she made the entire process smooth, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. She took the time to walk me through every option clearly, never pressured me, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I truly felt supported rather than “sold to,” which made all the difference. Myles was also wonderful during the paperwork process — professional, efficient, and thorough. He made everything easy to understand and kept things moving without feeling rushed. And as a bonus, they’re dog friendly! That small detail made such a big impression and added to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this was such a positive experience. I absolutely love my new Mazda and am so grateful for Pilar and the team at Galpin for making it happen. Highly recommend!
