Michelle in the service department is truly exceptional. Her customer service is outstanding. She always goes out of her way to help and make the process seamless.

Replaced timing belt issue under warranty, mechanic apparently stripped a screw causing oil leakage in the timing belt cover pan and eliminated a bracket support for intake manifold (missing), on another extended warranty repair the dealer did not honor the agreement with extended warranty company for repairs and did half of the repairs for the same price, I found out later that Palmetto 57 has one of the highest mechanical rates for VW in Florida and since the extended company were not willing such high rate Palmetto 57 simply cut down on labor to adjust for the agreed repair price so they wouldn't loose money on the mechanical rate, had to pay out of pocket to do it right somewhere else, never going back again.

I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge and thank one of the BEST service department workers I have come in contact with Eddie. He is an exceptional worker. He takes his time with me and always willing to answer any questions I may have no matter how frustrated I may seem being a women not knowing much about my car. He always greets me with a pleasant tone and a smile. I will recommend anyone to ask for Eddie when ever you need your vehicle serviced. I give Eddie in the service dept. 5 Stars
