The best!

Everyone was awesome! Amazing service each time visited. service was done in a timely manner. Daisy gives exceptional customer service. I would recommend palmetto 57 to own or lease their next vehicle.

Incompetency at it's finest!

I took my car in for an oil change and a week later noticed the light come on indicating low tires. When I went to fill the tires myself, I noticed that the cap was missing on my front right tire...a clear indication of lack of attention to detail;. Nevertheless I took it back to Palmetto57 Volkswagen to see if the tires were damaged in some way--emphasizing that I would be making the 7 hour round trip to and from Orlando 3x in the upcoming 2 weeks and I was very concerned for my safety as a young woman alone on the roads. The first time they told me I had overfilled the tires and sent me on my way. Of course the light went back on right before my work trip and I had to miss the meeting. Taking it back a second time, they filled my tires again and assured me there was no damage. After the light turned on a third time, the service manager, Orlando had the nerve to tell me to bring the car in again. Finally I had the common sense to get a second opinion and went 30 mins out of my way to my old service location who was able to identify that both tires had nails in them and fixed both for less than $40. If only I had never taken my car into Palmetto57; I would be $500 richer and many hours of worry and back and fourth saved.

Excellent!!!!

We took our car to be serviced and Roland Sanchez & Daisy greeted us. Rolando is always very friendly and professional. I must say we’ve always been very happy and satisfied with service department. Daisy is also Amazing!

The best service in Miami

Quick & easy service for emergency transmission problem

Bought a new Tiguan and after 1,500 miles my car went into emergency transmission mode during rush hour on a Friday afternoon. Jose was quick and accommodating to help me with this last minute problem.My car was fixed in under 2 hours!
