Victor Farfan's customer service and patience is incredible. He never rushed or pressured us into getting a specific car. He always gave us the time and space we needed. When we first met him he gave us the keys of the car we wanted and gave us the time we needed to look around and drive it. Incredibly experienced and knowledgeable regarding all type of cars. Besides loving the car, Victor's kindness and humbleness gave me the assurance that we were buying a great car at an incredible price.

Do not purchase a car from this dealer. Once you do you are on your own. They lie about all the maintenance they will assist you with the management does not call you back nor help you.

The managers there do not care about the clients nor care to help them with any issues that they are dealing with at the dealer or service department

I have had the opportunity to visit many car dealerships, and I must admit that Victor Farfan is the consummate professional. He took his time to make sure that I was comfortable and that my daughter's would be in the best possible vehicle that one could find. Victor Farfan was an excellent sale rep. He was very patient and was willing to work with me at all cost. I especially appreciate that fact he came in on his off day to assist me. I would highly recommend him to any one.

Ordered a simple touch up paint pen a month ago which I was told it takes a week to arrive. I went 2 weeks later to see if it arrived since I never heard from any one; counter employee told me it takes a month or more for manufacturer to deliver. I called a month after purchase, and the person that answered told me it was returned because it was in their parts department over a month. Long story short, NO communication and I'm VERY disappointed that no one contacted me at any time regarding my order. It might be a simple $17 purchase, but if they drop the ball on something that small, I can't imagine for any serious issue. Having said that, I will go to the parts department for a refund and will shop at another dealership. NOT this one.

This was the best experience I had out of 3 other dealers that I visited to lease the Volkswagen Tiguan. The staff is very nice and Amy was very professional and nice as well.
