Great service and facility

Luis was very honest and helped me get what I was looking for in the price range I had in mind. Great sales associate and Volkswagen dealer. The rest of the staff was very friendly.

poor workmanship

I recently had my 2012 Passat in for a problem with the electrical Diagnostics found the master fuse needed replaced as it was not charging the alternator. They changed the fuse charged $360.00 and said it was fixed...Upon picking up the car I noticed it still has warning light on for the lights..Daisy checked it and said Oh the running headlights are out. I asked why they didnt check this before and she said she didnt know...I drove the car for 2 days before it died in the middle of the road.. I called the service dept and all they would tell me is to tow it back in but they would not pay the tow bill. This time I towed it to Deel who ran a diagnostic and found that the wire to the main fuse was not tight and had come off. So for another $125 plus the tow, car is fixed I would not recommend Palmetto57 for anything!

Amazing service

Jose Luis was amazing help from the beggining. I have been there twice and I always choose to have his help. He is extremely helpful and attentive. I definetly plan to return for my cars maintenance.

Customer Service!

The personnel seem happier and that is a reflection on the management. My sales associate, Amy Palacios had (and has) the winning combination of pleasant personality and determined attitude to provide attentive customer service. I felt she wanted to win my business and was willing to go the extra mile, yet did not pressure me. I'm glad the management gives their sales associates the autonomy to approach their customers in the best way they see fit.

Excellent sales experience

Amy's approach. She treated me more as a friend than a sale. Her attitude was always chipper and she seemed genuinely interested in finding an end result that would benefit us both.
