I received the exact service I went in expecting, and for free with the first visit to my surprise, however when I left I didn't notice my tire lights were on, which was perfectly fine before I went in.

20,000 mile service
Very easy to make appointment. Service writer clearly explained the services to be performed and discussed recall issue re software. I was able to have a loaner car free of charge. My car was clean after the service.

Fast service and excellent customer service
Had my appointment set up for 10 am, I knew I was not going to be able to make it, so I just went online postponed it to 1 pm and still as soon as I got there I was helped very nicely, I was given a window time to wait and the service was done way earlier then I expected.
