After 4 weeks of looking for a car, I have been feelling harrased by a lot of Sales people in the market that are there for their commision only, or even to get ridd of some inventory, or make the coute or whatever reason. When I get to Esserman VW I was impress for the frienly service, all calls, all emails, all time I spend in FL was about what I want,I need,I can. They help me finding the best insurance, they help me with the Georgia Taxes, GA Licence plates, the help me on the decicion, giving me several car options, MY BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Martin was professional, polite, knowledgeable and NOT pushy. He did a terrific job of explaining the vehicles to me, demonstrating how things work, arranging a sale and delivering the vehicle to me. Terrific job!!! I would recommend Esserman, in general, and Martin Centeno, in particular, to anyone looking for a new automobile.

Martin was an awesome consultant explained to me what he could do did not give me a hole story that i can get into a car. When he said this is what we can do he meant it. Great service, Very friendly, knowledgeable and new what it took to get the deal done.

I have to tell you about my recent new car leasing experience. As a single female who is used to being beat up on by car salesmen (and in fact have been for the last few months as I have been shopping around), going into Esserman Volkswagen was a breath of fresh air. My salesman Martin Centeno, and everyone else I dealt with from the Sales Manager Glenn, to the car technician Tony who explained every little detail of my new car, to the Finance Manager Maria,could not have been nicer and more accomodating. In fact, the whole process was easy from beginning to end. I left the dealership with my beautiful new Jetta, not feeling like I'd just been "taken for a ride", but happy and satisfied. I will send everyone I know who is looking for a new car to my new friends at Esserman Volkswagen.

Great experience with Martin, Glen, and Maria. Everyone was very helpful. They answered all the questions I had. Very quick and painless transaction, and they even threw in a couple of extras. I would definitely recommend esserman VW in Miami Lakes if you're in the South Florida area.

They were very good at teaching me everything about my new car. I purchased a new VW CC and I love it. I am very thankful for them being very quick at putting together my lease for me, as I cannot stand the car buying process, but they changed my mind. He was EXCELLENT. He explained everything clearly to me,EXTREMELY nice, and patient. I came into the dealership only interested in test driving a Volkswagen. If it was not for Martin I would not have this car today. He is EXCELLENT and gets a 5 star rating across the board.

We had been “burned” before and we had no intention of making the same mistake twice. TRUST! This is where Tony made an amazing difference. We needed to understand how to eliminate the problems and we needed solutions. KNOWLEDGE! On contrary, he reassures and addresses clients based on individual needs. You are not a prospect; you are a member of the Volkswagen family. They want to make easier doing business with them. 4) As a customer, I will make buying decisions when I am ready. Finding a sales person that respect and understand the buying process is very valuable. A sales person can't determine how long it takes a prospect to gather information, analyze the data and pull out the wallet—that decision is based on personal comfort. EMPOWER! These are the areas where Tony shines; he builds your trust, ensures you have the information to take responsible decisions, understands his clients needs and empowers his customers in the decision making process. He focuses on customer service to grant the notion the brand is about you and nothing else is like VW and therefore you. We left VW, with more than a car; we left with a great customer experience. Tony and VW, earned more than a car sales, they earned a client’s loyalty. He makes VW a destination! Great Job, Tony and all the people behind the scenes at VW! Our experience at Esserman was above excellent. We were recommended to see Tony as he was one of the best sale consultants who truly cares about his customers. He took his time to explain each and every detail about the cars we were interested in and he let us test drive it "as if it was my own car". We felt comfortable speaking with him and even so sold us the car we were really looking for. Tony was more of a friend than a sales consultant. He had the full 411 on Volkswagon's company and its vehicles. It has been five days since we bought the car and we could not be any happier with the way it drives, rides on fuel and the great exterior look it has. Tony deserves recognition for his excellent peoples skills and honesty. Mitra was our finance consultant who came back after leaving for the day to assist us in completing the paper work and finances. He researched the best price he can offer us and it met our expectations. Derric assisted us in getting the best deal for the fully loaded GTI. Overall experience was above excellent and it exceeded our expectations leaving us happy and satisfied with our investment. I reccommend everyone to see Tony as he does an amazing job at explaining details about each car. If you are not sure of what you are looking for you will not leave the dealer empty handed. I only went to see the cars , I was not ready to get it the day I went. I left the dealer driving my new GTI. Antonio is an excellent salesperson, he asks you what you want and what your looking for and he'll make it happen, has excellent customer service and very friendly. I had been shopping around in several dealers prior going to Esserman and their service is outstanding.
