Palmetto 57 VW

I was an owner of a 2002 Jeep Liberty and I knew it was a ticking time bomb. I had to find a new car but I had huge restrictions on monthly payments. I first walked into the dealership about 3 months ago. As soon as I stepped out of my car, I was greeted by a nice young women. She took my name and then introduced me to Antonio Cantu (Tony). The experience was already so much better then any other dealership I had gone too. I did not feel like vultures prey when entering the dealership. I began telling Tony that I was interested in the VW Jetta and I told him what I was willing to pay. We took a test drive and I fell in love with the car. Tony was extremely knowledgeable about the car and about all of my options. I wanted to know what I could get for my jeep if I traded it in for a lease or if it would be better for me to sell it on my own. I continued to work numbers with Tony for the next three months while I was trying to sell my car on my own. Once I sold my car, I was ready to lease a new Jetta. Tony, along with his managers at Esserman (Derric and Glen) worked with me until I was able to get down to a price that I could afford. I spend many hours at Volkswaggen and all the time was well spent! Every experience with them was great. They even brought in dinner for my boyfriend and I when we stayed there late. I have built up a great friendship with the people at Esserman and I am so happy with my purchase! Even after my purchase, Tony has been there for any questions or concerns I have had. Exceptional service was provided to me by the service manager Rolando Sanchez and his service staff. I took in my vehicle at closing time and was greeted with a smile and gave me detailed explanation on my vehicle concerns.I could't have asked for a better service experience.

Great Experience! Martin kept communication and was very professional! Very happy with my purchase. I was offered coffee and water upon arrival and made to feel at home. I felt like I have known Martin for quite some time. They showed me how to use the vehicle before leaving the dealership and answered all my questions.

The salesperson gave us an excelent customer service. The quality of his work was excelent and gave us all the information we wanted. He was nice and friendly, he make us feel like in family. The shopping experience was nice we had a good time and a lot of fun. About the price we cant complain, we felt satisfied.

The dealership was great, the salesmen was friendly, descriptive and helpful. I would recommend esserman volkswagen to my family and friends. My overall experience with the dealership and salesmen was very pleasant. I will go back in the near future.

It Sucks that this is the closest VW dealership to where I live. They are really horrible and very dishonest. I took my car in for a recall to get the coilpacks replaced and they broke the line to my brake booster. They even went as far as to tell me that this is how I gave my car to them. So I had to drive home with basically no brakes but I took my car the next day to german car depot in hollywood the next (who are the same people who told me that the coil packs were bad but were covered by a recall so I had to go to the dealer). German Car Depot inspected my car and told me that the dealer (ESSERMAN VOLKSWAGEN) broke the hose to my brake booster. I rather drive the extra 20 mins to Gunther than to ever have to deal with Esserman again.

I had purchased three vehicles from another dealer prior and tried to purchase another one recently. They treated me like I had never been there before and quoted me a very high price without trying to negotiate. After my un-pleasant visit I called ESSERMAN VW and spoke to MARTIN CENTENO. He treated me like family and worked out a good deal I was comfortable with. Very good service and good attitude, I highly recommend ESSERMAN and MARTIN CENTENO.

Martin was extremely helpful in finding the color combination we wanted in the EOS. He also guided us thru the lease termination process with our old vehicle. He was very polite and always available to answer any questions. I would recommend Martin to anyone looking for a new VW.
