With one single 30 min visit to the dealer, I had all the information necessary to make the decision. I wish all the car dealers were like him. I would definitely recommend Martin Centeno. It was the best car dealership experience I have had thus far. Not only was he professional, he was very knowledgeable and clearly dedicated to his craft. This is the 24th vehicle my family has purchased from Esserman Volkswagen, and it's always been a pleasure dealing with them. Nice and courtest staff. The GM was willing to work with us, it took a few days but we leased the car at the price point we wanted and left with a slightly more equipped car then we orginally intended - not bad. We had visited seven dealerships before coming to Esserman Volkswagen in Miami Springs. By this time, we were tired of salesmen trying to sell us what they wanted to get rid off and not what we wanted. Martin Centeno listened to our request for a silver Jetta with a light interior and without a sunroof. He took us to see this very type of car right away. He told us that the exterior color was called white gold but that it looked like silver. This is the only car we saw, drove and bought at Esserman's. We were extremely pleased with the customer driven attitude of Mr. Centeno and this dealership. Later, during our first three month check-up, my cell phone broke and Mr. Centeno drove me to a cell phone repair shop while my car was being serviced. Mr. Centeno has made Esserman’s dealership stand out through his helpfulness and respect toward his customers.

My wife were looking for a good deal on a family car. We came a cross VW Esserman on-line and found their live chat assistant (Dyshan) extremely helpful. She quickly set up an appointment for the following night with Martin Centeno. Martin took the time and answered all of our questions and worked extremely hard to get us a deal that met our budget. Mr. Centeno was very friendly, detailed and knowledgeable about the Jetta I was interested in. We spoke about price and then involved Mr. Peri-Cohen to make sure I was happy. Mr. Centeno went a step further by helping me locate better insurance. Both Mr. Centeno and Mr. Cohen were extremely professional. After all was agreed I finalized the deal with Maria Fitzpatrick who was wonderful and quick. The experience at Esserman was great and my new friends will be getting referrals.

I visit this dealership to get a information about new VW CARS. The sales man worked with was so friendly so I did not have to go to the other store. Maybe that's why I did not get a good price but the service provided and if the future service expectation met I think it will be OK.
