I was shopping around and stopped at Esserman VW just to inquire about the CC. As soon as i met Tony my husband and i were very pleased with the approach. He is very friendly and courteous. Tony and his managers Derric and Glenn were very helpful in making the purchase of my new vehicle as smooth as possible therefore i would definitely recommend them and Esserman VW to anyone!

I was very pleased with the overall buying of my New VW. Tony was very helpful and made sure that I got the best price that they could offer. My only complaint would be the amount of time it took them to get to the paperwork after I agreed to buy the car. Took about 3 hours after I agreed to finally sign the papers. Tony C was great though not his fault.

TONY UNDERSTOOD WHAT WE WANTED. HE WAS VERY FREINDLY & PROFESSIONAL IN HIS APPROACH. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE HE PROVIDED & WE FELT THAT WE GOT A GOOD DEAL. MY ONLY CONCERN WAS IN FINANCING -- WE WAITED FOR A LONG TIME FOR THE FINANCE PERSON TO BECOME AVAILABLE. THEN WE FELT RUSHED THROUGH THE SIGNING PROCESS & SLIGHTLY PRESSURED TO JUST SIGN THE DOCUMENTS. I ALSO DID NOT LIKE THAT THE CONTRACT WAS THE VERY LAST DOCUMENT GIVEN TO ME. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE RECEIVED IT UPFRONT, BEFORE ANY OTHER DOCUMENT & TO HAVE BEEN GIVEN ADEQUATE TIME TO REVIEW IT. AS A RESULT I DID NOT REALIZE TILL AFTER I SIGNED THAT THERE WAS A TURN IN FEE OF $350 (WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED AT ANY TIME DURING NEGOTIATIONS OR FINANCING). HOWEVER, THE SALES MANAGER DID AGREE TO PROVIDE FREE WINDOW TINTS TO PARTIALLY OFFSET THE FEE.

I bought a new Jetta from Martin. My experience buying the car was very pleasant thank to him. He knew answers to all my questions and was always polite and extremely helpful. He did everything to present no stress atmosphere and enjoyable time. Martin has answered all my phone calls regarding service even after I my purchase.

As soon as I step foot on the lot there was someone greeting me with a smile ...Martin was very down to earth, got everything done in a timely order including the finance(thank god) and work with me find the car that I wanted my Nissan altima!!Thanks Martin!

Everyone at this dealership I dealt with were incredibly nice, informative and friendly. Ramon Fernandez the salesman was the kind of person that went the extra mile, he was very professional and his body language is of a very acertive person. Glenn did the job of manager super. He handled himself very professional as well. Maria Fitzpatrick was a trip, a real person and down to earth but incredibly nice. I would defenitely recommend this dealer to all I know that is interested in a VW.
