This dealer is one in a million. Maria and Martin made me feel at home. They were a great help. Martin helped me find and pick the perfect car. Then, we started the finance part with Maria. Usually, the finance part is annoying and boring, but Maria was quick and had me out of there in 2 hours. Thank you Esserman VW.

Friendly staff from the moment you walk into the dealer; making the vehicle leasing experience definitely less stressful than it would usually be. Sales representative had great vehicle knowledge and took the time to provide vehicle overview, including setting up bluetooth from my phone. Great experience overall; hence, why this is the sencond vehicle I lease from this dealership.

Overall, my experience with VW was great. I went in just to look and never thought I was gonna leave with my brand new car! ONE day is all it took .. It's amazing! I know at other dealers they usually take at least 3 days to process everything and be able to take the car with you, this is why I am so satisfied with VW. They have friendly and experienced sales representatives which make you feel at home. Im glad I made the right decision.. Keep up the good work VW!! =)

I was very impressed with the customer service I received today. Martin was friendly, thoughful, honest and hepful sales person. He showed that that he cares about his customers. The dealer was a good experience and the price was ok. What made the deal however was the sales staff. I would like to see a tv in the loung area and a better coffie machine. My sales man was martine and he was a very pleasurable to deal with.I would bye from them again but would like advertised interest rate.

I got great service and they made everything possible to keep the price within the price range I had. Although sometimes I had very long wait times, overall I would rate this a very good experience. I found the car I wanted and the staff took care of me like family, including going to bat for me when I had less than perfect credit. The salesman and financial people really did a great job in getting me into a car that makes me the envy of my family and friends! I love my car and would absolutely send family and friends to Esserman and to Martin for a new car.
