Working with Martin and the rest of the Esserman VW staff was a very pleasurable and easy experience which is definitely not commonplace with most other dealerships. Everyone was very responsive and everyone did exactly what they said they were going to do when they were going to do it. Best of all, finalizing the deal with Martin was a breeze. Martin takes a no nonsense yet friendly straight forward approach. He does not hide behind a computer screen and he does not disappear behind closed doors. After leasing many cars before and having to fight with sales agents, financing personnel, and sales management, this was certainly a breath of fresh air dealing with the Esserman staff. This has been by far the best experience I've had with a dealership and salesman. My previous 2 new vehicle purchases were filled with endless hours of waiting for either my car, which was not on site, or the paperwork which seemed to take forever to get printed out for me to sign. Immediately upon arriving at Esserman I had a sales person(Martin Centeno) at my side inquiring as to exactly what I wanted. I was so impressed with the knowledge he had of the CC I was interested in. So much so that I decided I did not even have to test drive it. My vehicle practically came off the truck. No one had test drove the vehicle so I truly was the first consumer to drive my car. I brought the car in a week later so that the interior protection package would be done. I expected to be there for hours. To my surprise my salesman was there waiting for me. He took my vehicle immediately. Within 45 minutes after arriving I was leaving with all work on my car completed. It was such a pleasant experience to not have to sit at a dealership for hours on end. I would highly recommend Martin (salesman) to any and all persons interested in purchasing a vehicle. As a business owner my time is extremely important to me and I felt like Esserman VW and its staff were very conscience of my time. Martin is a superstar and his customer service skills are stellar. This is the easiest and most hassle free car leasing experience I've ever had.
