I had a problem with the rear lights on my Challenger. The Brian Strong had a replacement kit in one day. Scheduled service for a convenient time and installation completed in 30 minutes. They even offered me a complementary lunch while I waited. I've dealt with a lot of Service Department over my 50 years of driving, and have never been so pleased. Thanks again to Brian Strong and the Harr Service Team.

Poor communication
My van needed a new spoiler and it took almost two weeks for the part to arrive. There was very poor communication throughout. I have let the service manager know.

Buying my Jeep
Our only problem buying our car was the almost 4 hour wait time . It was excessive . I don’t want that to reflect on our Salesperson being that it was out of her control .

Harr Values This Customers Time
I needed an oil change for my 2015 Journey that I didn't purchase there. I called around 10 am and they said they could take me in just after noon the same day! I arrived 30 minutes early & they took me right in. I showed them a coupon from their site which included a tire rotation. They did both at a great price and also gave me a coupon for a complimentary car wash they have right on site. Service advisor Michael Mathieu made sure I was happy with everything, which I certainly was! Thank you for taking care of my wife's Journey today. I'll be back the next time I need something for the Journey!

Service on vehicle went as scheduled
I have had decent experiences but my daughter had issues with a brand new vehicle and the dealer was unable to help. She ended up getting rid of a brand new Jeep and buying from another dealer
