I have never dealt with the unprofessionalism and incompetence that I dealt with at Harr Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Worcester, MA. I called off the purchase of a 2016 Colorado after going back and fourth for 13 days. Jay and Lanre were absolutely no help, and tried giving me attitude for their dealerships multiple errors. They failed to properly endorse the bank check I brought to them, which delayed to process by at least 5 days. They NEVER called back when they said they would. It took me calling back several hours after they said they’d call. Absolute worst experience from a customer that was extremely proactive with everything that needed to be done. I also did my own financing.

This dealership has great customer service and the staff is not pushy. I am a return customer and I am sure this will not be the last purchase I make at Harr.
