Had oil change

Excellent service as always..Brian in service always helpful.would reccomend Harr for sales and service.i have had several of my vehicles here for service!

Long Weekend

I just want to say Brian Strong from Harr made what started as a horrible experience for my family into something really special and thoughtful. The cars alternator failed on the highway with my wife and girls inside and it could have been so much worse. I expected to have a 500 dollar bill by the time it was over..After talking to Brian and realizing it was on a recall, amongst a few other things and having him understand and him doing everything and more to take care of us really means and meant, a lot. It certainly says a lot about the people you guys employ and also about your business..thank you again for restoring confidence when it comes to working so hard to make it easy! Someone get that guy a gift card hahaha Cheers, Jay

Great!!

Brian is always friendly and super helpful!! He gave me all the information for my next appointment. The team was understanding when I was running late to the appointment.

Not send changes in advances, when go for servicios.

Internal bad communications, send customers yo one departamento to other and create a Lost of time in appointment. Dime people work and not have something to do.

Great Dealership!

We ordered a 2018 Dodge Durango jist the way we wanted it. It came in early and everyone there was very helpful with the entire process.

Great service

Went in without a appointment expected to wait for awhile that did not happen James got me right in for oil change and out in an hour. Clean building and friendly staff made for a pleasant experience. Thank you to Adam for selling me my dream Wrangler.

PARTS SERVICE

HAD PROBLEM WITH PARTS PRICE BUT PARTS MANAGER CALLED NEXT DAY AND CORRECTED ISSUE. THE PART WAS ON BACK OREDER FOR OVER TWO MONTH SO THE PRICE HAD CHANGED, BUT HE DID HONOR ORIGINAL PRICE.
