Thrifty Car Sales - Reisterstown

I’ve bought from thirfty before in reisterstown Price was very fair , the product was excellent and the sales people were very helpful. This tom my wife Kim and I were looking for a newer Jeep with low miles. The sales rep Brian showed us the one we saw in line and we bought it. No hassles and just a pleasant experience! Will buy again and look forward to working with Brian 👍

I worked dirctly with Brian and he was very professional and willing to work with me to come to an agreeable price for a great pre-owned car. Brian was available at any time during the negotiation process and when it came time to pick up the car, it DID NOT disappoint!

This is the second time I have bought a car from Mike...we had been shopping around and saw the car I wanted online. I made an appt and explained to Mike that I had limited time to test drive and get a deal done. When I got to the dealership, the car was waiting for me to drive. It was already clean and gassed up. I took it for a drive, came back, made a deal and was out of there in my new car in under 2 hours! Mike even got me a better financing rate than my credit union!! They are honest and really go the extra mile! Thank you for a seamless transaction again!! I will not buy a car from anyone else....

This was the best car buying experience my husband and I ever had. Mike Guido provided exceptional customer service. So glad we took the trek from Northern VA to Thrifty, and would highly recommend this place.

Bryan was super helpful and went beyond expectations in an attempt to make this sale a positive one with excellent customer service. Unfortunately, he received no cooperation from management. Management has a "your xxxxxx, your circus" attitude and refused to fix anything wrong with the vehicle.

Simply put, these guys are great. What you see is what you get. I found a car online (at a great price), called, and set up an appointment with Mike. When I arrived Brian greeted me at the door and we went on a test drive. The car was EXACTLY as described and pictured, the car was clean, and the CarFax was sitting right on the dash for me to read. It wasn't long before I decided to buy, and when I did, both Brian and Mike sat down with me to explain the process. Everything I could have wanted (trade in options, available warranties, etc) was explained and made available, but with NO pressure to purchase anything I didn't want or need. The great price I found online was the price I paid, no funny business. Mike made financing simple, and I drove off the lot in my car the same day. Brian called me a few days later to check up on me and the car, offering to help me with anything I may need. Jackie then called me a few days after that to let me know my plates were in. Since I live a good distance away from the dealership, she was able to FedEx my plates to my place of work. My experience literally could not have been easier, I would highly recommend buying a car here.

This dealership has NO competition as far as im concerned. Everyone here treated me with respect and dignity. I have never experienced such respect from every individual at one place. I have become accustomed to receiving a certain amount of service depending on my level of income, credit, or the purchase amount of the product i was buying. Here EVERYONE will treat you with respect regardless of your situation and that is something that is sorely missing in our society. They were able to get me in the vehicle that I wanted with a bankruptcy on my credit. If you want empty promises and sales pitches, go elsewhere. But if you are looking for a dependable vehicle from a straightforward, honest establishment, this is the ONLY place to go to.

couldn't be happier. 10 Months later it feels like I just bought it yesterday. All the Mike's were tremendous, treated like royalty. Recommended to a couple friends. definitely buying another car from Mike, when the time comes. Do you're self a favor & go see Mike. You'll drive away happy.

I've had my new(er) used car for 3 months and am just as happy today as when I picked it up. The 3 Mikes took great care of me. After my test drive they took my CR-V to my mechanic before purchase. Had it detailed it and filled with gas. Gave me a great price. I didn't feel taken advantage of. Would buy another used car from them and would recommend you check them out.

I have purchased many vehicles new and used, this has been the most honest , reasonable priced used dealership I have ever worked with. The customer service from the sales men Brian and Mike was absolutely exceptional as well Mike the owner was honest, straight forward but most of all they all worked to fill all the needs of purchasing a used car at a fair price. If you do not like something they work to the best of their ability to fix it. You have to realize it is a USED CAR DEALERSHIP! ! If you expect and want a new car... go buy a new car ... if you want a fair priced used car... Come here!!!! I will purchase from them again!! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
