I saw a car on line and called to set up a test drive. Morning of appt Mr Mike called to let me know car was ready for me. We arrived. The car was clean and had the car fax on the dash. It was exactly what had been represented online. He stayed inside and let us look at car for a few minutes before he came out. He was very friendly absolutely no pressure. He answered our questions went on a test drive with us. I liked the car and in we went to do the paperwork. The other Mr Mike handled the paperwork got me a great interest rate and the whole process was very quick. Ms Jackie was pleasant and efficient. Mr Mike called the next day to thank me again for my business. I had been looking online for a few months and I feel I got a great price on this car. The customer service was excellent no pressure. I would highly recommend this dealership!!

This was the best car buying experience of my life. The "three Mikes" each took a turn making sure that each step of the buying and financing process was explained to me in detail. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with my purchase. Also worth a mention is that they had a very nice selection of affordable pre owned cars and a surprising number of higher end cars and SUV's. To be clear, my wife of thirty years has made her professional living managing lending for various credit unions, both government and private. He happened to call while I was in a meeting and politely asked when I would be available. Once provided, he called back at the precise time agreed upon and I scheduled an appointment. Upon my arrival the car was front and center, in the process of being detailed for my arrival. Within 2 minutes of my arrival, a very cordial, laid back and professional Mr. Friend exited his office and met me in the lot. Once greeted, he introduced me to his energetic sales associate Osaide. He was equally professional. Long story short, after negotiating the price down with the owner, another laid back Mike, I bought the car. They also delivered the car to the local dealership to have any recalls addressed prior to me picking up the car. After the most stress free car buying experience of my dozens of experiences, I got a great price to boot! I Even got a follow up call from the sales associate Osaide. Imagine that!
