We were looking for a reliable used car for my son to take to/from college and to use to travel to/from his summer internship. We purchased a 2014 Toyota Avalon. It was a local, 1 owner, accident free, non-smoker, well maintained vehicle. Eli also provided the car fax with the vehicle history. The lot is FULL of cars that he "hand picks" at auction. Beautiful Audis, BMWs, Lexus, Toyotas, JEEPs and even a few trucks. All vehicles are super clean and in show room condition. Eli and his brother Sam were great to work with. Honest, humble, low pressure and fair prices. I also purchased the "peace of mind" warranty (3Y/50K).

I had such a great experience buying my Toyota Yaris with First Class Auto that I sold the car back to them four years later. Eli and Mousa are both so warm and helpful. It is clear they really know cars and care about their customer's well-being. After I sold the car back, Eli even gave me a ride home and offered to turn the license plates into the DMV for me so I didn't have to make the extra trip. I plan to be a life-long customer!

I had been searching for a car for almost a month and became quite discouraged by all the scammers, dishonesty and outrageous prices for the junk they were trying to pass off as a good car. Then I happened across First Class Auto. First Class Auto is in a class of it's own. A family run business and all the men are friendly, personable and treat you as a friend. They are as honest as the day is long. The vehicles they sell are quality vehicles in GREAT condition. Not once did I feel stressed or pressured. My experience was the complete opposite. It was actually a pleasure to do business with them. The son, Malik, went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable with the car I was purchasing before, during AND after I purchased the vehicle. I was never made to feel rushed. In fact, Malik took the time to teach me about all the features and how they function. He also went driving with me to make sure I comfortable driving the car. Who does that? First Class Auto does! They aim to please and deliver 100 %. They are not happy unless YOU are happy. I will never go anyplace else to buy a car.

I live in Massachusetts and always looking for a niche car so my search radius is wide. New York seems to have what I'm looking for as this is my 3rd NY purchase, and it's not easy. I was looking for a CL550 and my search landed on First Class Auto. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I spoke to Sam and he was pleasant, willing to work, and honest about the vehicle and my trade. I took some time to get my car sold but Sam held the CL550 for me for almost 2 weeks, no issues/no $$ down. You don't see this too often, but these guys are upfront and transparent. Eli was driving this car and loved it but too worked with me, my shipping and inspection company to coordinate everything. The price was right and he added a 3 month power train warranty as part of the purchase. I would buy again from First Class auto in a heartbeat, and would be a willing reference on their behalf. I purchased a vehicle with a trade in. The trade was an awesome price for my vehicle. The process was very professional and honest. I would recommend this auto company to others, because they don't try to force anything on the customer. They are excellent business owners and are willing to work with the customer in all aspects. The service was good and the people were nice and courteous and willing to help with what I wanted to look at. The facility wasn’t the cleanest and I didn’t end up buying a car there but I was there to look for my next purchase and they were accommodating.
