My 10k oil change was great.
My 10k oil change was great. My service rep, Jennifer, was spot on. I mentioned that I had an issue with my windshield wiper motor not spraying water on the windshield. I was advised that the screen needed to be replaced at a cost of $650. Most of the cost was labor. I mentioned that I would wait and possibly get another estimate. When the car was ready I was advised that they did pushed the repair through as a warranty even though I was out of warranty. Jennifer came through big time. I can always trust for excellent service with West Palm Beaches Audi. Great job.

Stay away from this dealer. My elderly mom took her Q4 e-tron in here for a couple recalls that we received in the mail for a 4 month old 2.5k mile electric car and they had her sign off for $500+ 10k mile service that was not needed because they said the car was a year old. Its an electric car, it doesn't require the same service as a gasoline engine. They would not release the car to her unless they paid her the invoice. Very shady practices. Run from this dealership. I take my Audi R8 V10 to Audi of Coral Springs and they charge me less to get serviced there and thats a high performance car.
