STAY AWAY — Audi West Palm Beach turned a simple visit

STAY AWAY — Audi West Palm Beach turned a simple visit into an overcharge, a double‑charge, and a headache. I booked exactly what I needed: an oil change and a belt/supercharger noise inspection. That’s it. Once the car was in, the advisor re‑coded my visit as a 10K service—on a car that doesn’t even have 10,000 miles. When I called around after the fact, multiple nearby Audi dealers quoted ~$699 for the 10K package. Audi West Palm Beach? They rang me up for $1,300+, and with head‑scratching add‑ons and tax, the final hit was $1,703.09. The math did not add up, and nobody could explain it. Then came the worst part: payment games. They ran one of my cards and told me it didn’t go through, asked for another card, and charged that too. Both charges posted. Only because I caught it did they agree to refund one—which says everything about how this place operates. When I tried to get straight answers, the service manager was rude, dismissive, and couldn’t reconcile the invoice totals or tax on paper. And yes, they actually bragged they’re “the most expensive in the country.” That’s not premium service—that’s a massive red flag. I walked in ready to become a long‑term customer—do all my service here and even buy future cars. After this experience? Never again. In my opinion, the way this store handled my visit felt predatory: misrepresent the work requested, inflate the price, double‑charge, then stonewall when pressed on the numbers. Dates and amounts (for anyone who wants the receipts): Dec 13, 2025 — Appointment booked specifically for oil change + belt/supercharger inspection. Dec 15, 2025 — Two separate $1,703.09 charges processed on two different cards. Dec 17, 2025 — One of the charges refunded after I confronted them. Pricing check — Multiple local Audi dealers quoted ~$699 for 10K service; WPB billed $1,300+, then landed at $1,703.09 with questionable line items/tax. Bottom line: If you value transparency, fair pricing, and basic respect, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Audi West Palm Beach. Verify every line item if you’re already booked, and watch your statements like a hawk. For everyone else: save your time, protect your wallet, and go elsewhere.

Mr. Varjoy, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your recent service visit left you feeling frustrated, as this is not the experience we strive to provide. At the time of your visit, all recommended services—including the 10,000-mile maintenance package—were reviewed with you in advance, along with a printed breakdown of the work and total cost. The repair order was approved prior to the service being performed. The additional inspections you requested were completed, and no mechanical faults were found with the driveshaft; the noise concern was determined to be related to an aftermarket component not installed by Audi. Regarding pricing, our Service Management team reviewed your concerns following your visit and verified that our maintenance pricing was competitive within the market. As a goodwill gesture, an adjustment was made to address the difference you raised. We also sincerely apologize for the payment issue you experienced. A processing error resulted in one transaction appearing pending while a second payment was completed. Once this was identified, the duplicate charge was promptly refunded. We understand how concerning this can be and regret the inconvenience it caused. We take all feedback seriously, including your comments regarding communication during the follow-up discussion. Our goal is always to provide clear explanations, transparency, and respectful service, and we regret that this was not how your interaction was perceived. Your feedback has been shared with our leadership team, as it helps us improve our processes and communication moving forward. Should you wish to discuss this further, we encourage you to contact our Service Management team directly. Sincerely, Audi West Palm Beach Service Management

Consumer response

Your public reply attempts to mask what actually happened. I booked an oil change and a belt/supercharger noise inspection—nothing more. Re‑coding my visit as a “10,000‑mile service” on a car under 10K miles is misrepresentation. Multiple nearby Audi dealers quoted ~$699 for that package; you billed $1,300+ that ballooned to $1,703.09 with questionable add‑ons and tax. The payment story is inaccurate. There was no harmless “pending” followed by a single completion. You processed TWO charges on TWO cards for $1,703.09 each (Online Visa •5245 at 5:33 PM; Manual Visa •9376 at 5:36 PM on Dec 15). Only after I caught it did you refund one on Dec 17. That’s not transparency. During follow‑up, Mark O’Sullivan was rude and promised to remove line items that “weren’t supposed to be there.” Why were they there at all? And why haven’t all incorrect line items been reversed since yesterday? Yes—one duplicate $1,703.09 was refunded yesterday, but only after I caught it. The way this was handled—along with Mark O’Sullivan’s conduct—further exposes the dealership’s deceptive practices. I’m done with this dealer.

I’ve bought and serviced many cars over the years, but no

I’ve bought and serviced many cars over the years, but no one has ever treated me with the professionalism, warmth, and genuine care that Christine Feteira did at Audi West Palm Beach. From the moment we met, she made a stressful situation feel easy and positive. Her calm demeanor, knowledge, and honesty are unmatched — she truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect solution and made me feel like family. If you’re ever considering an Audi, ask for Christine — she’ll make the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. She’s the reason I’ll stay loyal to Audi for years to come!

This isn’t my first Audi from West Palm, it’s actually

This isn’t my first Audi from West Palm, it’s actually my fourth. I’ve been a loyal Audi customer because I love the cars and up until now I thought the dealership valued that loyalty. Shout-out to Ricardo and Dane, at least they responded and tried to help. Unfortunately, once this got above their level, the management team (Jake / Lisa) went silent. We gave them multiple opportunities to make things right, and instead of fixing the issue they just ignored us. Here’s the problem: despite my wife’s 800+ credit and our history with the store, the deal came back with a money factor above the buy rate plus stacked add-ons and fees. That’s the exact opposite of the transparency, fairness, and loyalty retention Audi corporate says it expects. They never itemized the inceptions. I still dont even have my keychains (a small thing but it exhibits the lack of care) What stings the most is not the numbers, it’s the lack of accountability and communication. A premium brand should never make repeat customers feel brushed off. That’s how you destroy CSI scores and brand trust. Audi is supposed to be about customer satisfaction, integrity, and long-term relationships, not short-term profit at the customer’s expense. Unless this store changes direction, it risks losing the very people who actually want to stay loyal to the brand.

In all my years of dealing with any dealership, this Audi

In all my years of dealing with any dealership, this Audi dealership is at the very bottom. I hesitate to post this because I know that some dealers have a bad day. But this bad day put me out of $1,400 without even getting an oil change and left me with a car that actually was dangerous. The day started when I walked over to the service desk and sat down. The service individual didn't even look at me for nearly 10 minutes as they were on the phone with a warranty company. When they hung up the phone, they said something about the warranty company and never actually greeted me or introduced themselves to me, obviously having a bad day. Okay, so that happens. After they told me my oil change would be around $500, I asked them why would you charge me that much? What are you doing that's special? The person said that's what we charge. There was no explanation given. I said well, I'll take it somewhere else. So I did. I took it to a local garage who did a complete checkup of my vehicle and video footage of the CV joints connecting my four wheels showed incredible deterioration and a safety hazard. Audi of West Palm Beach had just done what they said was a complete multi-point inspection of my vehicle for anything that was needed. I ended up paying nearly $1,400 for various and sundry items but I drove out of there with an unsafe vehicle. It was an unfortunate experience. The was bad from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I only post this now because I just got an email from them saying that my service is due.

Robert was very helpful and patient.

Robert was very helpful and patient. He got all of my car issues resolved, and it is SO much nicer to drive now. This is the first time I've really spent any money fixing it (it's a 2016), so it's been a really solid car with minimal issues. And you can't beat the free loaner car! They even came to my house to pick my car up and drop it back off once it was repaired.
