Great speedy, service. Can't comment on price since the oil change/tire rotation/check up was included in the service package I bought when I got my Rogue here two years ago. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

Just came in for a tire check before a trip, and they were timely and helped me out. They were thorough and friendly and took the time even though it wasn't much.

The Eden Prairie Nissan staff was efficient, professional and courteous. Alex was so helpful and provided excellent guidance while taking us on test drives and helping us choose the right vehicle (18 Rogue SV) for our needs.

I desired minimal contact due to Covid-19 concerns. Chuck delivered a new Rogue for test driving (the 2021 had better acceleration and noise control than the 2018!), then several weeks later completed the transaction on our new Rogue easily. Thanks to Chuck and Eden Prairie Nissan.

I have been a loyal customer for years but after my latest set of experiences I will never come back to this dealer nor recommend it. I have always brought my two cars into the EP Nissan service center because I found their staff friendly. Now, after I reached out with ONE issue with the service because I had to get their mistake fixed elsewhere, the service manager was terribly rude about it. I was in getting my car serviced and decided to ask him if he had seen my request, thinking we could talk about it since I was already there. He looked at me and immediately dismissed me with his words and his demeanor - not sure if it was because he didn't care or because I am a woman or because I am not White but his immediate dismissal was apparent. He said he had already emailed consumer affairs saying he would be willing to hear me out, however he refused to hear my side (literally did not let me speak) and told me that "there was no way his experts with over 30 years of experience would ever make a mistake". Well I am no expert but if the rear shock absorbers don't last 1,000 miles (warranty is 20,000) before I need to get it fixed again and other experts tell me it is not safe to drive and that they HAVE to change them, then someone (at Eden Prairie Nissan) made a mistake. I may not know much about cars but I sure know how to treat a customer, and dismissing me without even wanting to listen to the situation or look at the details and paperwork I was willing to provide was not very professional. To top it all off, I was in there getting my car serviced and the service advisor had me feeling like an idiot because he said "I had made the appointment online" and they did not have the tires I needed when I came in for my appointment - even though THEY MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR ME IN PERSON and told me they would have the tires in for me. When I was getting ready to leave an hour later, they ended up having the tires? Tires they recommended to me two weeks prior, and then told me today they were actually discontinued? It seems to me these experts are human and can mess up from time to time, so giving your CUSTOMER, who trusts you and your work, the benefit of the doubt is not such an outrageous idea. If you want to be mansplained, treated as incompetent, and dismissed when you raise a concern, then this is the place for you. They are losing a loyal customer because even after THEY made a mistake that cost me another $350 to fix, I still trusted them to provide my servicing needs. Absolutely terrible customer service from the service manager Steve Markgraf.... just arrogant! No wonder the service advisor directed me to consumer affairs. You're better off going somewhere else with better customer service OR hope they never make a mistake because if they do, they will try to play if off as your fault and you'll be shamed as a liar! Ladies you especially, you're better off elsewhere where they don't try to take advantage because you are a woman.

Eden Prairie Nissan is the absolute best. I always have my Altima serviced here. I am also considering buying a new Maxima and Sam has gone above and beyond to get me a great price and financing.
