Even after a horrible experience with the sales consultant at Gerald Kia of Naperville on April 25th, I decided to revisit this dealership. I was interested in test driving the EV6 and the Sorento. I met with a different sales consultant. This sales consultant was better than the one from April 25. I was told Naperville had no EV6s. I requested they call me when an EV6 came in. The same afternoon, I visited Gerald Kia of North Aurora. I was informed that an EV6 was available but it was located at their Naperville location. The North Aurora sales consultant drove me to Naperville and I was able to drive the EV6. I commend Gerald of North Aurora for such a wonderful experience and for locating the EV6. How could Gerald Kia of Naperville not know there was an EV6 on THEIR lot??? Shame on Gerald Kia of Naperville. This was my SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE with your dealership. I WILL NOT GO BACK for a 3rd try. You just LOST A POTENTIAL BUYER. I hope the owners of the Gerald Auto Group get involved to see why things like this are happening at your Naperville dealership.

excellent experience overall from car drop to receiving. The service advisor Tara was amazing. she explained everything very clearly. The tech did his job well and the car was presented well washed. Even the shuttle service complimentary is great to provide.

Greg Brown is an excellent service consultant. Knowledgeable, proactive, thorough and attentive. The Gerald facility is well maintained. All of the sales and service personnel are courteous and friendly.
