I had a deeply disappointing experience at this

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this dealership while trying to buy a 2025 Ford F-150 Raptor. After discussions that made me believe my deal was secure, they sold the truck I wanted out from under me without warning. Then, they tried to push a different color at the same price or a “deal” on a higher-trim model, which felt like a bait-and-switch. The lack of transparency and communication was frustrating and unprofessional. I was ready to roll, but their shady tactics killed the buying opertunity. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and got the exact truck I wanted and they beat the price that Surpise Ford had agreed on with me on. Save yourself the hassle—shop somewhere that respects your time and commitment. The 0 to 1 Star due to the significanct breach of trust and upsell tactics.

It is clear that communication fell short during the attempt to purchase the 2025 Ford F-150 Raptor, and the situation with the vehicle being sold unexpectedly, along with the alternative offers, caused understandable frustration. Our salesman was new at his job in fairly and experienced. I was OK with that. It just took a little longer to get through the process. He got the price wrong and forgot to ask my birthday when they were on the credit check. And seem to need my drivers license a bazillion times but overall he was friendly.

The people were nice, especially the finance guy. The person who was in charge of our sale lied to us. He told us our car that we were trading in was salvaged, but when I looked it up for myself afterwards I found out it was not salvaged.
