Service Department is the best!

I had my car repaired at Brilliance Subaru. The service department was outstanding and extremely professional. Great job at a fair price. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Service - Maintenance on my 2014 Subaru Outback

It took the entire day to complete the air bag recall and the 60K service. I appreciate that Brilliance Subaru provided a free loaner. Having the loaner allowed me to run all my Saturday errands without interruptions. Plus I got to experience the new Subaru Outback. They made some nice upgrades since the 2014 version. Thank you Brilliance Subaru.

Great service

Brought my car in for scheduled maintenance/oil change. What used to take 45-60 minutes now takes 30 thanks to a new express team that was hired. Nice job, subaru!

Top Notch Customer Service

Brought my Outback in due to some transmission issues as well as an airbag recall. The team at Brilliance kept me updated through the whole process. They ended up confirming that my transmission did need to be replaced, but luckily it was covered under the power train warranty. Work was completed within a week, they were even able to get me in a courtesy car while they worked on my car. Very pleased with the service and will be coming back for any future service.

Swift. Kind. Knowledgeable. No Nonsense.

My experience at Brilliance Subaru was stellar. The sales rep Dan Pagnotta knew his stuff when it came to the car. He helped me out immensely with my trade in as well as swiftly got the process rolling to get me into my new WRX. Dan was thorough and patient during the introduction/walk through to the vehicle and was very thorough with explaining what the car does and what to expect. Upon initial inquiry, I e-mailed Preston Seal back and forth and Preston was completely clear about what the price of the car was, whether or not I would be able to make the finance deal work smoothly, etc. Overall, the entire process was super smooth and efficient at Brilliance Subaru of Elgin. Will recommend peers to the dealership when they're in the market for new cars.

Exceptional Servive Department

The Service Department was the best from making the appointment to closing out my service with the cashier. Derek welcomed me with a cheerful “Good Morning “ and was very accommodating to the fact that I needed my car by noon. The loaner car was definitely an added bonus. Great job everyone!!!

The computer in my 2017 Subaru Forester had to be upgraded to solve a minor with my radio and upgrading my GPS map software. Richard Winchester was extremely helpful for recommending this upgrade. He also spent time with me explaining some concerns I had.
