Professional and Courteous

I appreciated the no nonsense sale price obtained from Preston. Quick, no back and forth. A fair price right away. I appreciated that. Ed was great to work with....he spent a lot of time with me late at night to go over the delivery of my new car. Despite being late, he did not rush through it and truly wanted to be sure I was given a thorough introduction to my new Forester.

Warranty Issues

Derek and Fred are exceptional. Derek troubleshoots over the phone. Fixed one issue. Fred ~ was able to determine the issue after we rode together in the car. Both are patient and well informed.

Scheduled Maintenance

After buying our new Subaru Legacy here about 6 months ago, our experience with Brilliance Subaru continues to be positive for our first Scheduled Maintenance. On-Line scheduling was fast and easy, they were ready for us "on time" and the work was completed in a timely manner. In addition to the expected maintenance, they were able to do one "re-call" type update. Another one could not be completed due to lack of factory required part. They continue to earn my business!

Trustworthy

Brilliance has done routine service on my Forester for a few years; I TRUST and rely on them for quality service. Faced with a costly service repair, they consulted with me on effort, time and expense. I appreciate the straightforward communication prior to work, status during, and summary at completion. Love My Subaru

Overall experience with Brilliance -- excellent. However, I wish they would correct the spelling of my name: Donna J. Danielson Directed to developers. I love my Subaru. I traded my Cadillac in for the 2018 Outback. What I miss in my Cadillac that I don't have in my Subaru is the visor can not extend towards the mirror. Up and down is good but to the side does not move. Also, I miss the second visor behind the main visor. This is information mainly directed to developers.I'll keep thinking of ways to improve the vehicle. Thank you, Donna Danielson
