awesome!

no appt. made but was admitted for service, requested for a loaner, granted. great people to work with. prior to service, ended up buying the car for a very good deal with 0% avail. very happy with the transaction.

Great experience

Everyone took their time to answer all question and all were great to work with. Ed answer worked with me over the month long process. I have a 2011 Outback today and have great service support over the last several years

Having My Car Serviced

The gentleman from the service dept. that greeted was very pleasant and helpful. They took care of everything promptly and efficiently. The waiting room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Reliable acomidating and helpful

After my crosstrek made it through the polar vortex minus 28 degrees below the check engine light was on. I called my dealer they got me in that afternoon. There was no problem the code was cleared. My friends at brilliance even fixed a brake light I didn't know was out.

Called that morning, they had a cancellation, dropped car off, got a loaner, oil change done just as I finished my errand. Done.

Cross trek recall, oil change, tire rotation

This is my second purchase from Brilliance. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Always a great experience. I also like that the dealership is dog friendly.

Totally professional and helpful team

Top drawer Subaru dealership. all around. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff (Preston and Jay). Bought a new Forester. Everything open and above board. Purchase transaction completed in short order. No funny business.

Pleasant, Expeditious, and friendly!

My first call to Service was handled by Derek, I explained I had received a Recall Notice regard my CrossTrek valve spring replacement, he ordered the repair parts and advised he'd call to set up an appointment to do the work. I received the call later that week, set the appointment and was told at that time a Rental Car would be provided at no charge since the repairs would take a day to complete. When I arrived for the appointment I was greeted by Adam who processed the paperwork, arranged for the loaner, explained it's operation and told me he'd call when my car was ready. I received the call the next day and went in to retrieve the vehicle. I don't know the mechanics name who did the work, but he should be commended as well, the automobile runs and performs like new. I do appreciate the staff at Brillance in Elgin. They made this transaction flow, and got the work done in very good time!
