I was very pleased with the whole experience! I was greeted upon my arrival which was very nice! Staff was friendly, pleasant and really made every effort to keep me updated about the service, and service was quick! I would recommend to others.

All the service staff are very professional and friendly. During my most recent visit, a significant complication was encountered. The staff at North End handled this quite efficiently and considerately. I am extremely happy with all the work that was done.

Front desk was very friendly and polite. Service Dept was clean and comfortable. My only critique is that the person who installed the authentic Mazda rain guards I purchased there did not do a great job but I guess I can live with it.

Everyone for the moment I walked in made you feel welcomed. They did a complete inspection of my car and found several issues with it, and I really enjoyed my conversation with a person that checked me in at the front desk he made it very comforting and took his time making sure that I was all set and my needs were taken care of.
