Front desk was very friendly and polite. Service Dept was clean and comfortable. My only critique is that the person who installed the authentic Mazda rain guards I purchased there did not do a great job but I guess I can live with it.

Everyone for the moment I walked in made you feel welcomed. They did a complete inspection of my car and found several issues with it, and I really enjoyed my conversation with a person that checked me in at the front desk he made it very comforting and took his time making sure that I was all set and my needs were taken care of.

I walked into North End Mazda without an appointment. No notice. The woman at the front desk smiled and asked how she may help me. I told her I am here to buy a vehicle today. Around the corner comes Nick Cormier. He greeted me and said "Hello! I will make sure that happen for you, no doubt." I was torn between buying a Mazda and a Subaru. He was honest and straight forward with me. Which ultimately lead to the decision on buying a Mazda. Amanda was also a sweetheart and very helpful ln securing me a loan. When my trade in was accepted, and the deal was completed. Nick came out and explained every feature in my new to me 2018 Mazda CX-5. I will absolutely recommend North End to my family and friends.

Selecting the car took a couple of hours. We had the car vetted by our local mechanic. Preparation and handover took a day. All went very satisfactorily. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were given detailed instructions and on-site help with setting up the digital interface and features. I would highly recommend North End Mazda.
