I booked my appointment with a promotion for an oil
I booked my appointment with a promotion for an oil change and a tire rotation for $99. After waiting almost 2 hours for my car to be done the service department manager Collette, apologized for the way and said they were taking care of the tire rotation free of charge, however, when I received my bill, it was $99 and when I brought it up to her that I was doing the promotion, she said “a oil rotation alone cost that much with a tire rotation that’s like another $50“. I mentioned the promotion and she said there was no such thing, even though the promotion was literally on the screen in back of her and online. This is the third Mazda I’ve bought from the Lunenburg location and after this experience, I will never buy from them again. I’m actually going to go as far as trading in my Mazda and going with a completely different brand. Horrible customer service customer they’re right not mention make somebody over two hours.

Recently we met with Nick Cormier for the first time. Not only was he knowledgeable, but also made us feel at ease. He listened to our thoughts and expectations and explained the process. He took good care of us! Nick, Amanda in finance, and Mike the manager, made this a great car buying experience. Highly recommend this team at North End Mazda.
