Timely and efficient. The dealer Bill, that took care of me the buying cycle, had a customer at the time of oil change. He knew that I wanted to ask a couple questions and he was still busy when I had to leave. He called me as soon as he could. What a great example Bill is for other agents.

Everyone is really friendly and helpful. It's really easy to schedule appointments, they do quality work, it's done in a reasonable amount of time and the waiting area and entire facility is clean and comfortable.

Bill Hemmila did an excellent job. My sales experience was great -- felt no pressure at all and he treated me as if I was the only person in the dealer that day. He even went the extra mile by letting me take home paperwork for my wife to sign while on bed rest -- he then came by later and picked it up so I didn't have to come by the dealer to finalize everything. Very appreciated by both my wife and I.

John in service is exceptional as is the young lady who works the same Jeep desk. I never knew my brakes were that bad until they were fixed.
