The Absolute Worst!

The Absolute Worst!! I brought a car they knew was faulty they promised to repair but haven't! When I took it to Jeep they said it's gonna be 5k to repair. They are scammers who'll take your money and then dodge you!

Took my car in for service and I was advised on services

Took my car in for service and I was advised on services that I don't need. I was really taken back by how rude staff was to me when I asked questions about these services. I was also shocked to see how the staff was dressed. All the staff had against ICE shirts on and a woman in front had a defeat Trump t-shirt on and everyone of them had masks on. Regardless of which political view you have this is unprofessional on so many levels. I will not be taking my vehicle back to Sons KIA and I cannot in good conscience recommend them for any service work. I had previously taken my car in for service and they presented me a price total after the work was completed. I then gave them a dealership coupon that they sent me. When I compared the new invoice after applying the coupon they padded the invoice and increased the price of shop materials. This is unprofessional and unacceptable and I will definitely be taking my vehicle somewhere else for service.

I've always had a great experience with this dealership

I've always had a great experience with this dealership and service dept. Very nice, professional and complete jobs on time always giving my Telluride back cleaner than I brought it in!

DO NoT take your vehicle to this dealership.

DO NoT take your vehicle to this dealership. They charged me over $3000.00 and still didn't fix the problem with my vehicle. I kept taking it back and forth for over 6 weeks. They lied and said they could fix the problem with my vehicle and charged me a huge amount of money. Then they said they couldn't fix it but they charged me and afterwards the problem still existed with my vehicle. I took it to another dealership, the problem was detected fixed for $400. Read the reviews and see the pattern.

2018 Kia Forte 25000+ miles My daughter drives this car.

2018 Kia Forte 25000+ miles My daughter drives this car. She informed me that the "Engine Light " was on. I asked her to bring it to the dealer because there were two factory recalls that needed to be completed as well. After they had it for 2 or three days they informed her that it needed brakes, tires, 4 wheel allignment, fuel injector cleaning, and a tune up. I rejected all service except the diagnostic for the engine light. They charged me $190.00 for the diagnostic. When I got the paperwork there was nothing indicating what codes they found for the engine light. Heck they may not have even done the diagnostic. No way to tell. So i'm happy they did the recalls and that's out of the way. Whatever other work is going to get done will be by others. Cost me $190.00 to find out but stay away from these folks.

I took my 6 month old Kia Soul in for my second service

I took my 6 month old Kia Soul in for my second service appointment on 9/25. It was a disappointing service appointment. I had gone online to get the appointment for recommended service. That Thursday, as I drove my car out of my garage, i realized that I had a flat. I pumped up the tire, drove towards McDonough, stopped to pump the tire up again, and finally got someone to stop and check me in to the service department. I mentioned that I had a nail in my tire. The service tech immediately focused on that and that alone. Ultimately, I had to have the tire replaced. I asked them to check all the tires as there was no reason for there to be pinholes in the side of the tire as these were new tires. I'm not sure they did. When they were done, I asked about the regular service like the oil change, and they hadn't done it, even though that was literally why I made the appointment in the first place and there was one of the messages on the screen in the car saying that was needed. Everyone seemed clueless, but the service tech did ask for my oil to be changed. Presumably it got done. I was there for 4 hours. They tried to charge me for the oil change even though I had bought the maintenance package when I bought the car. After this happened, I kept getting emails and text messages saying "don't forget to give us a review", so I did. I gave Sons Kia a 3 because they really did not seem to know what was going on and I am still not sure that what needed to be done was done. I got a call from the manager at Sons Kia and he was very aggressive about the fact that I only gave them a 3 and kept saying that the confusion was my fault, even though I got my appointment online for regular service well before I ended up with a nail in my tire. I finally told him to quit yelling at me, and he just hung up. I called Kia back and asked to talk with someone else. I had to leave a message and asked for a call back. I got no call back. I called the next day and found out that the person who had called me initially was the manager - he didn't give his name - so I asked to talk to someone who wasn't him. I was told the General Manager would call me after his meeting with the manager. Eight hours later I called Sons Kia back. No one knew anything. I got transferred to someone else and had to leave another message. I have no hope of ever getting a call back. I would have thought Sons Kia would have at least waited a few years before they disdained me as a customer. Six months has got to be a record for beginning to treat your customers poorly.

Shae (customer relations manager), when you said "please

Shae (customer relations manager), when you said "please contact me if you have any issues or need to address any problems during your visit" it sounds as though you were sending it while we were at the appointment and I could contact you then. However, since the appointment was yesterday I must not have received this message until today at 10:04 AM (: And it seems as though you were asking me to leave a review IF it was a '5 star' but not if there were any problems. As always, Aria was right on top of everything and I'm happy to leave her an excellent review. Also I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent condition of my car upon return. Son's KIA has made progress towards improving customer satisfaction during the time since we purchased our Telluride. I still see challenges with having someone who is genuine and exhibits sincerity on your leadership team. (We definitely miss Sugarie and Big Country). Hopefully you will find the right person to help you move forward in your journey to be the best car dealership possible. I continue to look forward to our partnership with the Telluride.

The sales personell and General Manager are ethically

The sales personell and General Manager are ethically challenged at this dealership. After searching on line for the best possible internet deal on the vehicle we wanted, We found it at Sons Kia in McDonough, GA. It was a 6 hour drive (one way) so the night before we called to verify that the Vehicle listed was in fact on the lot and that the Internet price was correct. When we arrived they told us that the listing (which had been on line for 3 weeks) was wrong and that they were not going to honor it. The salesman told us we were considered a "one and done" meaning we would not be getting our car serviced there so we were not going to get the best deal. When I demanded to speak with the manager I was told he was not at the dealership. I walked to the sales office and there sat the manager. He said he was protected by a disclaimer on the web site and he would not honor the price. He didn't even make any kind of offer to sell us the vehicle. It is crystal clear that from the General Manager down there is no integrety at this dealership. You simply cannot trust them!

This is by far the worst dealership in GA.

This is by far the worst dealership in GA. Their customer service is horrible. I just had my vehicle's oil changed by them and my experience, just like everytime I go, was terrible. I need new tires so when I told them I will get tires from a different place, they purposely slashed one of my tires to try to bully me into buying theirs. I can't prove they did it but it's obvious. I hate this place with a passion!!!!
