I wasn't aware that it takes 2 hrs. To change oil. I know you're not a Jiffy lube, but 2 hrs with an appt?Other than that it was fine.

Service was very good. I was surprised, however, that not one person was wearing a mask. I expected they would be when I decided to come in and wait. I should have clarified before.

Car completed on time and hand washed with care. Staff is always friendly. Brand new A6 courtesy car provided using iPad and texting to update your service status. Coffee bar well stocked if you wait in the clean and modern building.
