George Meza is the Man! He is easy to approach and talk with. I had the pleasure of working with him and the rest of the Audi DSM group! They worked hard to get the car I wanted approved for financing when other banks and dealers said no to me. Their loss, but Audi DSM gain! Pleasure doing business with them. -Chris R.

Everything was erased on my settings, no offer to help...
Everything was erased on my settings, no offer to help reset. When asked about the tar on the wheel well, I was told where to buy the product to remove it. I was told they did not have time to remove it. The car was washed not vacuumed. I got rid of a Mercedes in 09 for the same reason, lack respect for the customer. I worked for Nordstrom & know what good customer service means to a company. I miss the excellent service I received at Lexus. My only positive at Audi has been Mercedes, my sales person

Team always does a great job on service and cleaning. I would five 4 stars if you had complimentary car service. Having someone help me drop off car and then bringing me back to pick up car is very, very inconvenient. Beyond service, I always get a detail done so waiting while work is being done is not an option.

Service was efficient and completed in less than estimated time which was appreciated. It was quite disappointing to to see or hear no mention of Covid, most notably no masks were worn. Everywhere else I went in the Des Moines area masks were worn and one couldn’t enter the store without them. The contrast was so stark. Good grief
